I can definitely feel the difference after 3 days! My energy level was not at a Low at all! I stayed alert and not achy all day! I must say, whatever is depleting our bodies of Magnesium needs to be apprehended and stalled!

I needed customer service and their response was rapid fire and satisfactory beyond measure. No questions asked. Just right to the solution which was exactly what I had asked for.

This company uses people on face book to pretend to ask about their products then advocate they bought them and make people feel they do something it a discrace use genuine people if you want to prove you are a legit company with great products not paid stupid women making it look like they don't know the company but then you look at their fb page and that's all they do advertise your shite

I cannot say yet whether this is helping me because I just started my second bottle today. I am hopeful that it will help with perimenopausal weight gain, energy issues and other things related to hormones/aging. I read a lot before trying it but waited several months before starting. I do feel a bit better after 30 days but I am hoping fo rmuch more obvious improvements.

I bought Multi Collagen Peptides Complex in good faith but unfortunately didn't notice any difference after using it. Once the bottle arrived in very small print it said that the contents had not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration which concerned me. Unbeknownst to me the company said I had agreed to a monthly subscription when I initially bought the product. When I went to look at their T&C's half the clauses found on the website were missing. I tried to unsubscribe on the website in the managing your account section and there is no facility to cancel your subscription. I contacted Customer Services and asked them to unsubscribe me, not to send another bottle of pills and to refund me for the money they had taken from my account. Despite writing 4 emails over 2 days they have informed me that they have just dispatched the order and taken money from my account despite me objecting. I have asked for my bank details and my personal details to be removed from their company database but nobody has got back to me. This really isn't how to run a business and I am very disappointed by the product and the Customer Service experience

Great company good cuatomer service. I ordered 1 months supply to see iow they work, did not realise i signed up for a subscription, e mailed them ro cancel it and it was done straight away. I have not started on them yet when i do and they work will order more.

Its a scam. I didn't place an order and they have been taking money out of my account for a subscription I didn't order. They told me they would refund me - they never did. They are a scam.

I only gave four stars because the delivery takes so very long. Maybe I’m just impatient but i was speaking with Natalie of customer service. She was absolutely phenomenal and answering my emails in a timely fashion. I finally did get my product and we’ll see how that goes but yes, I was impressed with the customer service so thank you Natalie.
