I would give this no star if I could

I would give this no star if I could. I purchased some bracelets from them and they said it’s on the way with tracking details but the details doesn’t work. If you click on it, it ask you to download something on a broken page. I have emailed them asking them about what’s going on but no reply nothing from them. I strongly feel like I have been scammed..

Hi,

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but we would like to clarify the status of your order and the communication provided.

Our stated delivery timeframe is 1–3 working days for dispatch, followed by approximately 3–6 working days for delivery. Your order was dispatched via Royal Mail, and the tracking number was emailed to you immediately after dispatch.

As we explained in our email correspondence, Royal Mail tracking can initially appear inactive because the tracking does not receive its next major update until the parcel is scanned into the Royal Mail national network/hub, which can take approximately 4 working days after dispatch. During this period, we continue to have access to more detailed transit information on our side and can provide updates while awaiting the Royal Mail scan.

We have also responded to your emails within 12 hours, providing detailed updates regarding the parcel’s current whereabouts, so we are concerned by the suggestion that no response has been provided.

Your parcel has been dispatched and is progressing through the delivery process. We remain available by email if you require any further updates.

Kind regards,
Luminity London Support Team

Stylish, high quality pieces at a very fair price

I really appreciate Luminity London’s focus on offering well-crafted, durable jewelry without the high luxury markup. The designs look sophisticated, hold up well for daily wear, and deliver great value for the price point. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that shipping took a couple of days longer than expected, but the quality of the jewelry definitely makes it worth the wait.

Great everyday designs and solid value

The jewelry feels substantial, looks premium, and pairs effortlessly with both casual and formal outfits. You can tell real thought goes into the durability and finish, especially given the reasonable price point. I’m knocking off one star only because the packaging felt a bit simple compared to the quality of the piece inside, but overall, it's a solid brand I’d happily buy from again.

Extremely disappointing experience- i would never recommend buying anything from luminity london.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before you order..

I placed a order for a bracelet which was £99.99, they had a buy one get one free on so i brought a custom made necklace.

Bracelet came, horrible quality looked and felt cheap plus sizing was not right. I had emailed them about it they got back to me asking for pictures etc i sent them over they took about a week to respond, their website says they will respond within 24 hours.

They had offered me a partial refund of £65 because they was charging me £34.99 for the necklace, i had not recieved the necklace at the time so i said that is not right i’m not paying for something i had not received, they sent the tracking number over and saw that it had been delivered to a whole different house over 2 weeks ago!!! i had gone to find the house the next morning and luckily i had managed to get it.

I emailed them as soon as i got the necklace saying i have found the necklace and will go through with the £65 refund. This was about 2 weeks ago now.. and they have still not responded, I had been emailing them every 2 days for the past week but it was stressing me out to much so i stopped, i have no use for the bracelet which is really annoying. It was meant to be a gift but since the quality was horrible i had decided to show it to the person that i was meant to gift it to and we agreed to return it.. that never happend, now i can’t afford to get him a new gift for his birthday 🤦🏻‍♀️.

I think they had responded to me about 3 times within the whole time period of 26/7/26 to 16/8/26 while i sent them around 15 emails, yes very extra but why would i accept losing out on £65 i have been saving up for months, i had already lost 34.99 for something that was “free” but turns out i get nothing, very disappointing.

My daughter made a purchase from this…

My daughter made a purchase from this company while they had an offer on of buy one bracelet & get something else for free, the bracelet came around 3-4 weeks ago and still no necklace that was meant to be free with the purchase. The bracelet doesn’t fit right and the quality of the bracelet is terrible ( she paid £99.99 for the bracelet) she has sent 7 emails over the course of 3-4 weeks and only had 1 reply. To which they are saying she can have a refund of £65 pound and they are keeping the rest of the money for the necklace (that hasent even came) absolutely terrible company & customer service!!

Hi,

We’re sorry to see this review, however we would like to clarify several important points as the information stated does not accurately reflect what has happened with this order.

Firstly, both items were successfully dispatched and delivered. The custom name necklace referred to in this review as having “not even came” was sent under tracking number H00RVA0519572177, with the tracking confirming that it was successfully delivered on 25 July.

We have also received repeated emails regarding this matter. We responded to the original enquiry and provided a resolution, however further emails continued to raise the same points despite the solution already being explained. We therefore do not believe it is accurate to suggest that the customer’s concerns were simply ignored.

Regarding the bracelet, we specifically offered the customer the opportunity to return the bracelet for a £65 refund. This resolution was provided in our original response, however the customer did not wish to proceed with the return and refund offered.

The reason a full £99.99 refund was not offered is because the order also included a custom-made name necklace. As clearly stated within our returns policy, personalised/custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds because they are manufactured specifically for the individual customer and cannot be resold.

The £65 refund offered was therefore not us “keeping the rest of the money for a necklace that hasn’t arrived.” The custom necklace was successfully delivered, and its value was deducted from the refundable portion of the order because it is a personalised, non-returnable product.

We have attempted to resolve the matter by offering the customer a return of the eligible bracelet for a £65 refund, and that offer remains the resolution we provided.

We completely understand that a customer may be disappointed with a product, and we are always willing to assist where possible. However, we also feel it is important to clarify that both items were successfully delivered, the customer’s original enquiry was responded to, and a return and £65 refund for the eligible bracelet was offered but not accepted.

Kind regards,

I had a really disappointing experience…

I had a really disappointing experience with Luminity London.

Before my order arrived, I specifically asked whether the item was being drop shipped from China, because the delivery was taking longer than expected. I was told that their headquarters and offices are based in the UK and that every piece is quality inspected before dispatch.

However, the tracking showed the parcel coming directly from China, including airline handover, original airport departure, destination airport arrival, and customs clearance. That did not match the impression I was given about UK inspection and dispatch.

The order itself was also wrong. I ordered one 7 inch / 18 cm white gold bracelet and one 6 inch / 15 cm gold bracelet, but I received two 7 inch white gold bracelets instead. So not only did the delivery raise concerns, the order was not even fulfilled correctly.

On top of that, the bracelets felt cheap and poor quality compared with the premium image advertised. Based on my experience, it did not feel like a properly inspected, high-quality product.

To be fair, I returned the items and did receive a refund, but I should not have had to chase this after receiving the wrong items and tracking that appeared to contradict what I was told.

I would not order again. Be careful and check the tracking, sizing, colour, and quality properly if you buy from them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet expectations.

To clarify, while Luminity London is a UK-based company, we work with international manufacturing partners to keep our prices accessible and offer a wider range of products than would otherwise be possible. This allows us to provide jewellery at competitive prices without compromising on design or materials. Regardless of where an item is manufactured, every order is subject to quality control checks, and items are individually inspected for damage, defects, and overall quality before being dispatched.

That said, we fully acknowledge that an error occurred with your order. The incorrect bracelet specifications were sent, and we sincerely apologise for this fulfilment mistake. We understand how frustrating this was, particularly when combined with your concerns regarding the delivery process.

As noted in your review, we accepted the return immediately and provided a full refund. While we appreciate that this does not undo the inconvenience caused, we did our best to resolve the matter once it was brought to our attention.

We value all customer feedback and continuously review our fulfilment and quality control procedures to reduce errors and improve the overall customer experience.

We apologise again for the issues you encountered and thank you for giving us the opportunity to address them.
