Luminova has now given me a full refund due to my concerns and POV on their advertising practices. Thankyou.

They advertise pics and videos on social media with a device that looks like a full cover laser cap that looks nothing like what you actually receive being a small strip of led lights that you place in a cap and it moves around and doesn'teven reach target areas it say it does.. The misleading advertising and questionable ethics have forced me to ask for a refund as I didn't get what I was duped into believing I was getting. The company has said i will need to pay postage from Aus to the UK and still can't guarantee a full refund?? Unbelievable!

After looking for something to help with hair loss, I thought why not try this device, simple instructions and using it for 18 mins a day, I started to see results after 6 weeks so be patient, my hair was growing back, I couldn't believe it also it looked like my hair was darker, sceptical as I was, you might be the same but gan for it, excellent customer service care too, especially a massive shout out to Mary who is the most professional and patient customer service operative I have spoken to.

I had some questions about the product after purchase and Mary with customer support is absolutely excellent! Great customer service and helped me out greatly.

Ordered the product on a whim cuz it was super price competitive so i figure why not, i use it in conjunction with 2 other methods, derma roller and Rogaine those other 2 methods alone didn't yield any results even after months, but the addition of the red light seems to be the missing key, all 3 trigger did start to show results but it did take 3 months or so, i used it literally every day until the battery emptied and needed recharging. After more than 3 months of use it began having charging issues and the company was and to help me identify the fault, they determined it was under warranty and were able to send me a new one, however, since it's so price competitive that if it wasn't covered i would be willing to purchase a new one since it is working in combination with the other 2 methods. The rep that was handling my case was friendly and easy to work with as well. Overall very satisfied, A+++++

It works! It does stimulate hair growth where it was impossible to do so with minoxidil! It is also nice that I can fit it into any hut. But it became faulty after 10 months. I contacted customer support, and Mary at Luminova processed the request quickly, arranging shipping of the new item! Fantastic!!

Cheap made hate. It lasted only 3 months. Initially I gave it a bad review because it was Cheap. They offered a refund if I took it down. Now the thing doesn't work so I have no issues letting people know its Cheap rubbish

Any one thinking of buying this... Do it. Best $150. Ive used shampoos, Mix oil, Argon drops.
But using the red light hat for 6 weeks I can 100% confidence say my hair is growing much faster on top.and it's thicker.
But what sets this company from many others apart on internet purchases is the back up service. I has an issue with the charging unit. These guys didn't tuck or waive away, they simply got on the front foot, saw my video and shipped me a brand new unit, under warranty. Exceptional service from a exceptional company with an exceptional product.
You want thicker healthier hair. Buy this product. 5 Stars performance.

Seem to be a legitimate company , great communication from luminova with quick response times to emails and queries.

LOVE the results, I received my Luminova cap, after 3 months of use I do see improvement, lots of baby hairs, I even had sister/friends comments that "they didn't want to say it before but my crown had a noticeable bald spot and my hair was thinning, but now it's full and lush, what did I do."
After 11 months of regular use, I was devastated when my cap breaks down, it turns off after a minute, but I emailed Customer Support, and they responded within 24hrs, offering to send me a replacement and free gift for my loyalty.

I purchased the Luminova IR hair hat and I am loving it. However, I recently had a problem with the USB port (red LED) as it stopped charging the hat. I contacted customer support and after my explanation and the sending of some videos demonstrating the problem, they quickly decided to send me a completely new kit. Excellent service and professionalism from the customer support team. Thank you!

The charge for my hat recently broke (hence the 4 stars) and I got in touch with the company. Mary, who I had been dealing with was very thorough, professional and lovely throughout our communication on how to resolve my issue and it resulted in another hat being sent out. Many thanks Mary for you support and hard work.

I just ordered one and I'm now reading all of the reviews. Seems like this hat breaks down a lot and I'm not seeing any comments about how the product did, as far as hair growth is concerned. Only thing I see is great customer service or not great customer service. Anyone have any comments about the product helping hair growth?

Refused a refund. Had to go to American Express to get my money back. In short they said they had delivered but hadn’t, they’re saying said I should chase the courier company, I pointed out that wasn’t my responsibility as they have a contract with the couriers, not me. They ducked and dived and it became clear what sort of business they were. They refused (in writing) to refund so I had to go to Amex who have sorted out the charge back.

I have been using the Hair Revive Pro for almost a year and have been getting very noticeable results, with the hair on both the top and sides of my head growing back and or thickening nicely. Unfortunately my device stopped working for some reason, so I reached out to their customer service team to see if they could assist. Within 24 hours their attendant (Mary) had arranged for a replacement to be sent to me at no cost at all. She also threw in another small gift for me to cover the inconvenience. The level of customer service she provided was nothing short of fantastic. I can highly recommend this company and their products.

Still not 100% this works but when I had an issue with the product their customer service responded quickly to replace the defect. This gives me faith that the product will work!
