Excellent customer care. Any problem is dealt with swiftly and efficiently. When my device stopped charging, staff were on hand to give appropriate advice, and when issue couldn’t be resolved, immediately arranged a replacement to be sent and provided tracking details.

Customer care is excellent. My Luminova stopped working after about 2 or 3 months. The Company asked me to send a video of the fault. They sent me a new cap. Regarding results, I’m not so sure yet.

I only have a thinning , soon to be balding patch on my crown and at nearly 61 it’s to be expected however using the luminova I was seeing results, new, wispy hair growth and my hairdresser commented also…
This was such a boost to know I could recover the thinning patch at least for a few more years. Unfortunately my device stopped holding its charge …
I contacted the customer support team and received a couple of emails and videos with ideas of how to rectify the fault unfortunately it appears I have a faulty device so on that note without hesitation Luminova have offered to send out a new device which I greatly appreciate because this device is a winner…. I wrote to Luminova and, Mary in customer service replied immediately and promised to apply the discount and follow up. Mary fulfilled both the assurance to get the discount applied as well as to follow up with me. If the product performs as outstandingly as their customer service I’m hopeful to see positive results.

After 6 weeks my product has been working very well and I believe I can see some improvement in my hair growth. Unfortunately my device stopped working but I’ve got to say the people from Luminova have responded promptly to my email and I was able to send them a video of my product and the fault. Seems like it is just one of those things.
I’m please to say they have sent me a new product and a bonus scalp massager.

I have been using this product for 4 months and I have seen a significant change in the hair including new hair growth and thickening of existing hair. The product got issues with functioning but they have promised to replace it after sharing the video couple of times.

Outstanding results. After three months of daily use the change is more than noticeable. In my case, I suffered from severe shedding after one or one and a half months of using it but, as soon as I passed through this phase, the change is amazing.
Red light hair loss cap
Ordered the red light cap after seeing ads on social media, a lot cheaper than many on the market. Product worked well for about 9 months then the timer started playing up (would switch itself off after about 90 seconds). Luminova's customer support is superb and responsive and sorted the issue quickly. Recommended.

⚠️ Be very careful
I bought this product after seeing good reviews. I took the cap, massage and spray-on hair propduit package. I had to wait a good while for it to arrive at my house but customer service was top notch so no worries there.
Then the product arrived and I used it every day as recommended. In 3 weeks, I lost a lot of hair and my hair became even finer than before. After a month I stopped completely and I'm totally in a panic because the condition is catastrophic.
Customer service was top and refunded my money, but that's where it ends. I'm almost bald for 100€. So be careful
