Delivery

Delivery: after paying for priority I thought it would take a little less than over a week. Wouldn’t recommend at all. I will now miss the package and be overseas and will need to arrange someone to collect. Very poor service and regretful purchase so far.

So far it's been 4months of use i see…

So far it's been 4months of use i see some improvement so I'm going to keep on using it and see if will get better results. On the top of the crown area I do see improvements and overall a bit thicker hair.

Overall it’s been great

Overall it’s been great, delivery was a little tricky to Alaska but support was great. As for results I’m seeing great results, it’s definitely on the cheaper side for red light therapy but I can 100% see new growth.

I would recommend reaching out to them about delivery if you live in remote areas, they were very quick to respond.

I place the order on September 30th. It’s now October 31st and still have yet to receive my item. I reached out to customer service serval times. All they could tell me was my order was making great progress to contact the delivery company. How is it my job to do their work. I’ve ask for a refund and they have yet to reply. Absolute crap company with a horrible logistic company iMile. Don’t waste your time.

For all the people commenting about a 1 star is not fair and don’t blame them for the delivery company. Well you have no idea what you are talking about. The one star just isn’t for the delivery service. My experience was horrible and I only got my refund after I posted the review. I will not edit or remove my comments because the customer service was absolute trash.

If you write a negative comment they will harass you nonstop asking to remove or revise the review.

The only reason these people got 1 star is because that is the lowest it would allow me to choose. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Excellent addition to a hair treatment plan

Excellent, easy to use product, please realise that the technology is established and proven but no hair treatment is going to restore male paterned baldness on its own, this product is excellent and must form part of a routine of treatments and practices to keep hair on your head. For role the luminova cap plays , it plays it very well.
