Got a great offer on the sauna pro max steam tent and I absolutely love it. Use for 20 mins per day to help me unwind and it honestly makes me feel great after.
Heats up in around 5 minutes and then you are good to go.

Their cold water therapy is incredible. I have felt the physical benefits (which there are many) but I suffer with circulation issues and have been diagnosed with Raynauds, since the Lumi therapy, i have since noticed improved circulation. Purchased the Lumi joggers and hoodie. Thoroughly impressed with the quality of material and delivery. I have purchased many Lumi products and they are my go to brand with regards to recovery and apparel.

Using the Lumi Recovery Pod has completely changed how I start my mornings. Just 3–5 minutes in the ice sets my mind straight, sharpens my focus, and grounds me for the day ahead. Everyone will call you crazy! I use my LUMI podmax at least three to four times a week and I love it, the product itself is comfortable to sit in easy to maintain and I've even just bought the mat to go underneath. I got a lumi ice bath for my birthday 2 weeks ago and the benefits since have been great much improved sleep and so much more focus and overall just better feeling for the day after doing 5 minutes in the morning before work. Would highly recommend lumi for easy setup equipment and at a great price!
