Easy to transact with, quick delivery, quality product

The ice bath was the best decision we made. It helped after workouts for boosting circulation, decreasing inflammation, and helping our muscles recover more quickly. Took a while to acclimatise as it’s not pleasant dipping into cold water but soon got into a routine and now wouldn’t be with out it. Worth every penny.

I bought the basic ice bath, and to keep it cold enough to use correctly I had to continuously purchase ice from a shop, the water is lucky to last a week before it goes dirty and needs changed over. I wouldn't recommend this item for this reason, however.... The quality is fine, and the issue lies mainly with what I want from this, I would recommend the tub with the chiller for anyone wanting to use this regularly.

Lumi ice baths offer an affordable and convenient solution to cold plunges at home. Easy to set up and also easy clean. If you are looking at beginning your cold plunges journey this is the place to look.

Absolutely love the lumi pods! Bought one for Christmas and another recently so my husband can take one to work. Had to ask for replacement items for the first pod and a missing part of the new pod. Both were sent out for FREE and sent next day delivery. Outstanding customer service and the product is such high quality. Would highly recommend!

Lumi was so easy to deal with, I preordered but it was clear when it was coming, arrived on schedule and works perfectly.

fantastic easy to use easy, to put together, great quality and got it filled ASAP. Just filled it with the outside tap and a lovely 7c keeps temperature over night. Would highly recommend great in the back garden.

Really helpful and informative team with a fantastic range of products

After trying to make my own ice baths from just cold baths/ wheely bins and water buts, I finally decided to buy lumi's smallest model.
It went together easy and took up hardly any room.
I used this for a while, but as I am quite a muscular man always felt quite cramped so opted for the recovery pod max and ufo lid with recovery ultra cover.
This thing kept the temperature really well and was great for a daily dip.

I couldn't afford a chiller at the time so put 2 large blocks of ice in the ice bath the evening before the morning use just before bed (water in 2x large tupperware pots in the freezer).

The benefits of ice baths have been a game changer for me.
If work is quite stressful and you are prone to snapping occasionally, this will take the edge off. It also absolutely blows apart anxiety symptoms, I usually couple this with some sort of grounding and breath work.

Also it increases your discipline levels. As nobody looks forward to an ice bath first thing, but once you are in you feel powerful and it's a massive win to start the day and push that dopaminergic system forward with actual physical results not doomscrolling and socials on the phone.

Lumi provide great products and a great customer service.
If you ever have any issues they send replacements out straight away.

I'm going to purchase a lumi Pod pro next for something a little more sturdy and durable.

Also looking into the sauna options for the garden.

Quick delivery great product

For starters, the products are worth it. I bought the lumi POD Pro + chiller and couldn't be happier, a good upgrade over the normal pod.
I had some install issues with the chiller, but the support we very friendly and helpful in resolving the issue.

My ice bath experience started just over 2 years ago when my partner had pre ordered the OG pod. Mixed emotions at first before i took the plunge (mostly excitement and fear) however after 24 hours of motivating myself in my head i got my first minute and never looked back. 2 years on, im on my third upgrade of tube along with Some acceassories for good measure. I never miss my daily 3 and half minutes when im home.
Lumo have been greay with support should i have needed them and they once replaced my tub FOC when there was a tear in the inflateable rim which was i thought was impressive but also the catalyst for me stayinh loyal to the brand. Their product quality is the best on the market and over the years have passed on savings to consumers through their competitive pricing..i do also like the idea of their investment campaign.

The ice baths really contributed to my mental clarity, sleep quality and recovery from my 6 day a week crossfit training so i couldnt ask for more from my experiemce.. i have also managed to push thr hype on to a few others for good measure.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but the ice bath and sauna combo has honestly been a game changer. After long days on my feet, it’s the perfect way to reset – clears my head and leaves me feeling recharged. The contrast between hot and cold is unreal – tough at first but addictive once you get used to it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a proper way to unwind and boost recovery!

My wife got me a pod after I hurt my back at my job as a firefighter. It made a massive difference helping reduce pain getting me back into training and on call.

One of the best birthdays I've ever had. It was below zero outside, and the water in the PodMax was 0°C. So, after exercise, it was off to the trash. I highly recommend everyone to start ice bathing. It's physically and mentally relaxing. The same goes for Lumi products. Everything is high quality, and it delivers what it promises.
