Long delivery times and inability to speak with someone
I placed an order on August 12th, with a stated delivery time of 4-7 days. Today, we are already past this timeframe, and my order has still not been delivered.
At the time of placing the order, the products were shown as in stock, but a few days later, when I checked the order status, it stated “restocking.” I also tried to contact your company by phone using the number listed on your website, but unfortunately, it does not work.

Customer without satisfaction
Relationship with Lumories was good, but I never believed that a German company can sell a product made in a typical poor Chinese style, with bad quality and an unacceptable relationship price/quality. Unfortunately, I was in need to install it in my bathroom due to imminent visit of some friends, otherwise it was supposed to be returned.
