Avoid Lumories, it's not worth it!

Although I did write the complete shipping address at checkout, the website provided the shipping company (DPD) with an incomplete address. One letter missing and hell broke.
Of course, DPD tried to deliver the package without success to the incomplete address provided by Lumories. I had to call DPD to update all the info and to make sure that I would receive the package.
I did contact Lumories, but haven't heard back from them at all. Avoid them, buy from somewhere else!
On top of that, both lamps arrived damaged from manufacturing.

PS: It's already 4 days since I'm waiting for a return shipping label.

Hope my feedback will help you to improve

Hi. I made an order within quite a lot of products. Few issues found.
1. Lead time longer then initially mentioned
2. One Sku was missing from the package
3. One Sku was not working.

I've never received the product

I'm sorry to be negative, but I've never received the product (ordered on november 22nd). And I have no indication about where it is and if or when it will be delivered. It's a bit disappointing.

Everything was fine until I opened the…

Everything was fine until I opened the package and discovered that the chandelier had a defective socket. It didn't crack during shipping because the chandelier was well packaged. The socket was defective from the factory and that disappointed me. In addition, the quality of the sockets is similar to very bad Chinese products.

I bought two lampa and eight bulbs

I bought two lampa and eight bulbs. Unfortunately one of the bulbs didn’t work because the metal piece that makes contact when mounted was missing! It’s a pitty that something like that happened!
