Very late arrival of items

Late arrival of items. Very disappointing experience with delivery. I took over a month to receive the products, despite the website indicating that the items could arrive in a matter of days or a week. I can't evaluate the quality of the products yet, but one should be prepared for a delivery time of one to two months, at least. On the whole, a logistical nightmare, I would say

Broken lamp

Instead of a lamp, I received a lot of broken pieces. I already sent it back, but the way the lamp was packed was the problem: it was not mentioned on the box that is fragile and inside the box the lamp was not protected at all.

Late delivery and missing item


Good quality products and, although the initial communication was difficult, in the end it seems that they are interested in solving the problem and trying to deliver a missing product by the holidays. Negative aspects: difficult communication, there is no possibility to contact them by phone.

1- No body answers the phone or emails

1- No body answers the phone . I called few times but the phone on the website in Romania is disconnected.
2- I changed order via email , with the contact email on site , but still nobody changed the order , or came back to me.
3- it’s mentioned 3-7 days delivery of orders , but after more than 2 weeks nothing and no update from the company about delivery time
4- I wrote the main company in Germany and called them too regards these problems : nothing moved . They said they will check !!

This is the second time that is happening First transport 3 tubes were broken . This second time all tubes are broken the Cardon box smashed . I paid twice and I have no lights in my kitchen

Delivery delay and unclear tracking

The order still hasn’t arrived and the delivery is taking a very long time. The tracking information is very general and doesn’t offer any predictability. Practically, I have no guarantee whether the package will arrive at all!
