Super service
I've had the Lumos Kickstart for many years and am still thrilled. It offers me a lot of security. Unfortunately, the charging cable for the helmet broke. The remote control was also worn out. Since the remote control comes with a charging cable, I ordered it. However, the plug on the remote control was changed to a USB-C plug. Therefore the cable did not fit my helmet. As a courtesy, Lumos also sent me the charging cable for the helmet. A great service that makes me even more excited about the great products from Lumos. Keep it up

Ordered a set of Fireflies lights for my bike. Fast delivery and great quality ! One of the mounts had a fault, but after a few mails with the after sales service, i got a new one in a few days.

I had been using a helmet for a very long time when I encountered issues with its LED and firmware, and proceeded to consult customer service (I didn't have high expectations since the warranty period had ended). However, they actively responded to the inconvenience, assisted me, and eventually, all issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

A helmet that combines it all!
I have the Lumos Matrix helmet since 2021 and I totally love it! I’m often stopped by car drivers and pedestrians to ask where I got it.
What’s extremely handy are of course the blinkers with the remote as well as the breaking signals. If somebody is interested in a good helmet that combines everything, from safety to looks and usability, you don’t need to look any further!

Lumos customer support works very well…
Lumos customer support works very well on the email messaging platform. After exhausting worthwhile efforts to resolve the problem I was having with the helmet Lumos decided to send me a replacement. The only suggestion I have is that while Lumos was diligently working to replace my helmet and get it shipped to me I didn't know what the status was until I was asked if it had arrived. Perhaps a status update will serve everyone involved well.
