Prompt and helpful customer service

The Lumos Ultra MIPS bundle was unavailable in the size and colour I wanted. An alternative bundle request was answered promptly and helpfully. My order arrived within a few days, and my daughter (23yrs and a London commuter cyclist) , says ‘I love it!’ Thank you.

Great Products and Service

I have loved my Ultra helmet since I purchased it and was disappointed when it was damaged in an incident. However, the Lumos customer service group was responsive and very helpful, and a replacement is on its way! Thanks for making things easy.

Great Customer Service!

I love my matrix, and when it stopped working 2 months out of warranty, I was really sad. Lumos' amazing customer service responded quickly, gave me options, then sent me a new helmet, and were excellent all around. Thank you!

Great products and great support

Great products and great support. I bought the Lumos helmet, 4 Firefly lights, and the turning signal remote. They work great, sync well with each other, and make me feel visible and safe when I ride my e-bike in town. I noticed that one of the lights wasn't holding charge like the other 3 lights, so I contacted Lumos. They quickly addressed the issue. Highly recommend this company and their cool products!

Great consumer brand for bike gear with great customer support!

Excellent customer support

The Lumos helmet is a great product, with excellent bright lights that make me feel safer on the road with my children. The first helmet I received had a few minor issues, and I contacted the support team for assistance, who without any quibbling sent me a new replacement helmet, which is perfect. Many thanks for excellent customer service!

Great post-crash customer service

Following a recent crash on my bike, during which my Lumos helmet did exactly what it was supposed to do, I contacted Customer Service about their accident replacement policy. The team couldn't have been more helpful – a deep discount provided for a replacement helmet, which I had in my hands less than a week later. I appreciate the no-quibble approach and the speed with which this was dealt with. Absolutely no complaints. And very happy to continue wearing a Lumos helmet!

Great product & customer support

The quality of the helmet is super great and very helpful in my daily commute (early morning and late night). I've been using the helmet since 1 year now. I would go for the black version as the as the white helmet can quickly become visibly scratched.

I had also issue with the Lumos remote and the customer support helped me to replace the faulty unit with a working one in no time. Great product & service for bikers :)

First and foremost I love the products…

First and foremost I love the products Lumos offers! I have had the Lumos Matrix Helmet for over 2yrs, I bike over 30 miles to and from work 3-4 times a day and have never had this helmet battery die on me! Over the last couple years I have consistently gotten compliments on the visibility of my Lumos Matrix, which is nice to hear considering how often I bike at night.
Recently I had to reach out to customer support & can’t say enough on customer service from Lumos, they were extremely polite and understanding and responded in a timely manner.
If you cycle around at night and in the city, the Lumos Matrix is the helmet for you!

Great after sales support!

I purchased an Ultra helmet just over a year and a half ago. The product has generally been satisfactory and am still happy for my purchase overall. However, I encountered an issue with a peripheral and reached out to the company in hope of acknowledgment and/or after sales support. They were great, simply! Best customer service

Best customer service! I misplaced my charging cable for my remote and they sent me a new one free of charge. I have their bike helmet and have had no issues with it. It's really cool that you can make turn signals with your remote and have people see your turn signals straight from the back of your helmet, really stands out, especially in the dark. Great company to deal with.
