I have had the Lumos Ultra helmet for 18 months and I’m very happy with it. The helmet is good quality and light. I had an issue with the light and Ann from Customer Services was very helpful and fast on her responses. I would buy it again.

Helmets are top/ worst customer service ever!
The helmets are top products, using it every day and being very satisfied.
The customer support is non existent. Absolutely no after sales service.
Emails don’t get answered, no contact option. Really a shame for a company that actually has a good product.
If you decide buying this helmet, better buy at Amazon, so you have service and can claim eventual warranties.

Thanks for your response; didn't see reply option. I'm person w/ helmet w/ no sun visor &, between -2C & +11C, battery dropping ~85%/hr. Don't know which helmet I have but it cost $220 Cdn, with MIPS. Must return by Wed for $ back.
Thanks for your response Nov 27 and suggestion to email. However, I returned the helmet. I would reconsider buying if the battery life improves and a sun visor is added. If you need lights on a helmet, that means you're riding in the dark. That also means there's a good chance you'll be riding into a setting or rising sun, making a visor essential too.

You can tell whether a company is good by two things: the quality of the product and, above all, the support you receive if there is an issue with it.
Lumos definitely deserves five stars on both counts! I was super happy with my Lumos helmet. But after a few months I had a problem with the light. After a few emails, Lumos sent me a new helmet! Many, many thanks for that! (Especially now in winter you feel much safer on the streets of Cologne with an illuminated helmet).

Their products are really innovative and dramatically increase my safety on the road. When I ran into an unusual problem with my Lumos Remote, Kavin of the customer success team was extremely helpful and worked with me over the course of several days, providing my feedback to the rest of the team and going out of his way to fix my issue. I felt very listened to and cared for. Eventually, we settled on the only option being a replacement, which was delivered quickly and smoothly.
Lumos has earned itself a lifelong customer and I'm really excited to see what you guys do next!

Just did a review on my First lumous matrix helmet High Vis Red- Orange. 5 STARS... Unique design, and a plethora of safety features and rave customer reviews I dipped my pinkie in the helmet whatever and woww what an amazing well fit for an adult helmet! Very very satisfied as o I bought the pearl white...same great reviews as the first. I give this one 5 STARS. I already wore it off road...and as I said in my first lumous matrix helmet review, I'm glad that the lumous matrix helmet has my back, but you know I mean, has my head, in the event of a spill. Life packs amazing surprises of all sorts as a an avid cyclist etc one knows that protecting ones head is of the utmost imperative. I trust my ( pate), er fancy way of saying head, to Lumous. That's my second review. Go get yourself and yours, lumous helmets. I recommend... again 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve never felt more visible on the road!
I LOVE my Lumos helmet and firefly lights!! I feel so seen on the road at night. As someone who commutes by bike and often in the dark, I was looking for an easy way to be more visible at night and the Lumos helmet and lights give me so much confidence that I won’t be missed!
One of my lights came with a faulty battery so it was dying very quickly but the Lumos team was super great at just sending me a new one!

Great service
Had a warranty issue with my helmet, replaced and with me within 5 days. It's a different design, and actually really happy as the new design has better charging and it resolves the issue on the switch with the first one I had.
No quibbling, no messing around - great stuff.

Buy One!
I love the helmet it’s fantastic! However the first one I received was faulty. But the support and communication I received was second to none in replacing it. I was nervous about what would happen when I contacted Lumos but absolutely no need. Brian sorted the whole thing and replaced the helmet. I really recommend this company and their product.
