Recently I had an issue with software updating. The support team was very helpful. I am also very satisfied with Ultra Lumos which I have. I really feel comfortable and safe using Lumos helmet. With a great team I am more then happy to be part of the Lumos family :)

Amazing products and customer service!
Been using a Lumos Ultra helmet for 1 year+, super easy to use, looks nice, and I love the visibility and turn signals. Participated in the Firefly Kickstarter this year and recently set up my Fireflies - setting them up was quick and easy, they sync really nicely, and come with helpful attachments to secure to the bike. Overall, great attention to quality, design and implementation, and vision - I'm excited about their technology, designs, and feel a lot safer on my commutes and rides.
Amazing customer service as well! My building experienced some package thefts when my Fireflies were supposed to arrive so I was disappointed that I didn't see them, but after explaining the situation to customer service, they quickly offered help and then sent a new shipment. I really appreciated that they even followed up to check in after I hadn't yet replied, the check in helped me get the products faster and made me feel supported!

A great option for a helmet + lights
The helmet fits great and the lights provide some nice visibility at night. I had issues upgrading the firmware but support was really helpful in getting that resolved. I like how you can easily customize the brightness and flash pattern of the lights.

Bought the helmet in 2021. It worked perfectly until I changed my Phone (ios version). Contacted the helpdesk via email and they helped me to install the updates on the helmet.

Fantastic Customer Service
They have fantastic Customer Service. I had a defective turn signal remote from my original purchase of their Kickstarter helmet. It was out of warranty but they were very accommodating and sent me a replacement within a week. I would HIGHLY recommend their products.

Fantastic helmet and customer support
Fantastic helmet and lighting system, coupled with quick and effective customer support. Warranty replacement months after original purchase was quick and effortless. Thank you! I enjoy using the Matrix helmet, along with the individually mounted front and rear bike lights that are all synchronized and controlled with the handlebar-mounted, wireless buttons that active the left/right turn signal. It all works well and reliability on a daily basis.

Lumos fixed Someone else’s problem for me. I had ordered from one of their…
I had ordered from one of their suppliers and they lost my order. To make it worse they were out of stock and didn’t know when they were due. They put me in touch with Lumos Customer Service, at first I was a little confused but they responded right away. The rep Agilan was able to find the color and size I needed and had it shipped from another company to me. I ordered the extra bundle which he had shipped directly from the manufacturer to me, which did take a little longer. It came faster than expected.
I love my helmet with the built in lights and directionals. I like how it beeps when you turn on your directional I do wish they were also on the front so approaching drivers know what you’re doing.

Support is superb!
The team is very supportive and quick to respond. I had a misfunction and one of my fireflies just vanished after a quick ride. The team just asked me a couple of fair questions and sent me a replacement right away! They're very helpful and they really understand what the product is for and how it helps with our safety on the roads! Kudos team!

Excellent product and support!
I have received great support from the Lumos team. The foam padding from my Lumos kickstart helmet, which I have been wearing almost every day for three years now (with the greatest happiness) has come off and fallen out. Through the support request, I received direct help and have quickly been given a replacement piece. All in all: fast and efficient support. I am very happy, thank you!

Great helmet, technology, and support
I had a very good experience with the customer support. They were responsive (even when I didn’t reply back to their email right away, they re-emailed me to make sure I had what I needed). Very impressive.
I was having some tech issues getting my Lumos Ultra helmet and new Apple Watch sync’d so I could use the “arm-gesture turn signaling” feature, and they sent me links to articles and steps to try to remedy the issue.
I finally got everything working, and love that feature of the helmet. Great tech—super useful, works well, and I feel safer not having the fumble with the remote on the handlebars now when I make turns on my bike. Love it.
So, I had a great experience from a product, innovative features, and customer support stand point. Big fan of Lumos.

The absolute best and most awesome helmet I have ever owned. I just love the LED-lights and that you can make what you like here. The battery is also very impressive. The Lumos service team is also really good.

You should really get one of their helmets!
Lumos are a great company with fantastic staff and brilliant products. I first found them when they released their first helmet on Kickstarter and they didn't didappoint. So much so I backed the Ultra model when it was also released on kickstarter. Their helmets are great with awesome features and a high build quality. Their customer service is also brilliant. I recently had an issue with one of my helmets and their happily resolved the issue by going above and beyond. I cannot rate this company high enough.

I had an issue with my helmet and after contacting Lumos support Ann Dominic helped me so much, her kind support, her professional communication made it so easy for me. Ann has solved my issue and sent me a new replacement helmet for free. This is the kind of business that you will have no regrets with. Thank you so much Ann & Lumos Company.
The helmet is comfortable, has three lights; one on the front and two on the back. Really good quality and can be connected with your phone through Bluetooth to control the light brightness and even battery life by using different light patterns such as flashing slowly or fast.
The helmet and Lumos company are cool.
I am really happy that I bought Lumos and I wish them all success including Ann Dominic (the best of the best). I highly recommend the Lumos products and I will continue to use their products.
