I was wanting a particular toy which…
I was wanting a particular toy which came in 3 sorts but it wasn’t obvious online how U could order the one I wanted. So I phoned Luna to make enquiries. The person zI spoke to was kind, friendly and even fetched the toys to identify the one I wanted He then made a note of my name and put the toy by in readiness for my online order. I was very impressed. I was also impressed with the speed of delivery. It was indeed 2 days.

Hi Saffron,
Sorry to hear that you thought there was poor communication. There was initially an error with the colour on the 2 tablemat's you ordered. We did try calling you on 3 separate occasions and we did leave a voicemail (Potentially 2 but I can't 100% remember if we left a voicemail the 2nd time) to try to talk to you and see what you would want to do (Swap for a different colour or a refund). As we hadn't heard anything back for a few days we shipped the package without the tablemat's with a note to please give us a call so we can find a resolution for you. We did manage to speak on monday when you called us, you did say you had tried a few times to reach us that day already which we had missed because we had customers in the store which I can only apologise for. Unfortunately we are a small team of either 1 or 2 at most in the store so when there is customers also in we can't always get to the phone the first time. You did request a refund for the items when we spoke to you on Monday which we issued immediately.
Im so sorry that you felt it was so bad to warrant a 2 star review but we made every attempt possible to contact you as early as possible.

Cannot complain about the customer service. Received a damaged parcel thanks to Royal Mail and Luna and Cash wer so quick to deal with it and sort it out. Will definately buy from them again.
