It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Sohail & his brother Umair - totally fantastic guys to deal with.

I researched & approached a number of companies to supply & fit BiFold Doors & some were very lax in their approach & others were just way to expensive & pushy.

I came across Lunar BiFold Doors by chance when checking nearby suppliers & feel blessed that I did. Their level of service, attention to detail & non pushy, customer focus really won me over - they came round my place multiple times to check matters & advised us fully of all the various options, pitfalls & differences between various brands & pros/cons of each. They did not try & push the most expensive ones but the ones best suited for our needs & property. I was really amazed at how in depth & thorough they were at each & every step - unlike others I had approached who seemed primarily interested in just making a sale, both Sohail & Umair were focused completely on what was best for the customer - way better service than any of the others.

One of my neighbours across the road had also previously had badly fitted BiFolds installed which needed replacing & I referred them to Sohail & Lunar BiFold Doors & the job there was posed with challenges & an extremely picky & demanding customer but even then, both Sohail & Umair worked with them across multiple visits to give them the very best outcome they could under the circumstances & within a tight time constraint. Not only did Lunar BiFold Doors resolve their issues but supplied & fitted new BiFolds that the customer was happy with & saved them many thousands of pounds.

As for my own doors, they arrived on the scheduled day & were very professionally fitted by Umair & they look stunning.

Lunar BiFold Doors really do operate on the basis on doing what is in the best interests of the customer as my builder confirmed to me many times - so much so that even my builder said that he will now exclusively only use them when needed & recommend to others in the trade - that is how impressed he was with their attitude, honesty & work.

Of all the many companies that I had approached, Lunar BiFold Doors were by far the best priced doors so I got a very good deal indeed & am so very happy I went with them - all the hard work & research payed off for once!

It was explained to me by my builder, that it is not just about the quality of the BiFold Doors themselves - just as important is the quality of the install, the warranty & the attitude & honesty of the installers if things need attention in future & I am absolutely certain that in the unlikely event that my Doors may need some attention in future, that Lunar BiFold Doors will resolve fully.

Usually, we have always experienced some kind of issues etc with workmen but dealing with Sohail, Umair & Lunar BiFold Doors was the best I can ever recall - just totally seamless & a fantastic experience - I can only give them my very highest recommendation & my warmest & most sincerest thanks!

I had the bifold door and roof lantern installed yesterday, a very good service, the installation was carried out on time on the day I set when I secured the order, without any delays. The guys are responsive, they work well and cleanly. Good luck in the future

I can not fault Lunar Bifold Doors. We purchased bifold doors, windows and rooflights from them and the experience has been faultless from start to finish. Khan provided exceptional customer service, always being responsive and going above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. Not only was the quote significantly cheaper than other suppliers but Khan made every effort to honour the quote even when we had to purchase more expensive rooflights because our builders had not made the cutouts exactly to size. The lead times were also much quicker than standard/other companies, and the team worked tirelessly until 11pm to ensure that everything was fitted within one day. It is very rare that you come across such a great experience, can not thank them enough!

Working with Khan at Lunar Bifold was an absolute pleasure. I looked around at a few different suppliers who were quoting me an absurd amount for a roof lantern. Khan came as a recommendation through a friend and was super responsive and the lead times were so quick. I’ve had a number of delays with other companies for my house reno so working with Lunar was so refreshing. Great experience, great value and I’m so happy with the final result - would highly recommend.

Honestly Lunar doors literally saved us!! After waiting months for another supplier, who then let us down we were fearing the worst! But within a week, Lunar doors managed to both supply and install our doors. Khan was great, super easy to communicate via WhatsApp and also spoke to us outside work hours. He managed to fit the installation in before Easter, his guys were great and super knowledgeable. All at an exceptionally competitive cost. We are renovating and this has been the easiest experience we’ve had with a supplier. 1000% would recommend to anyone.

Lunar provided a bifold door for our dormer balcony and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. Khan was always on hand to answer any questions I had, the door is excellent quality, manufactured a week earlier than expected, at a great price, and there was friendly and professional service throughout. Could not recommend more!

Cannot fault lunar bifold doors. Excellent customer service from initial communication to any question I had to installation. The whole process was great. Very reasonable cost and product is of amazing quality. Very impressed. Khan and his team should be proud.

I am not the person the writes a feedback. I usually ignore writing feedback but I must say that I purchased a triple glazed bifold doors and the guys came in 2 weeks before time scheduled, and did the job perfectly. The bi look amazing now. I am very happy with the triple glazed bifold. I will highly recommend anyone buying a bifold from Lunar Bifold doors. Khan has been informative and extremely helpful. I urge people not to look further.
