After endless dead end enquires I thought all hope was lost until my daughter came across Lunar! Khan was so great! First of all he provided a 5 panel bi fold something all other companies informed was not doable for a 6 metre extension, secondly he was very informative, kept in contact throughout the whole measuring and ordering process of the doors. He was very helpful and contactable for any questions I had. When my doors arrived the installation team were excellent. They even continued giving us great advice and I’m so over the moon with the results! Please make sure you use Lunar Bi-folds. You won’t be disappointed!

I had an issue with my own installer of the bifold door bought from lunar bifold. I rang my contact at lunar and they spent 1 hour explaining to me how to adjust the hinge so the bifold would fully open. Just like to say what a great company lunar are. The customer service is exceptional. Thank you

I gave my builder a contract and lets just say the guy was a clown but the one thing he got spot on was the bifold door company and honestly the customer service and quality is spot on, If left to my builder the bifold doors would of never been fitted but thanks Luna bifold doors the recommended fitter, it was done swiftly and the guy is a pro.

Starting with the management Mr. Khan, and continuing with the door installers Omar and his mate everything was gone smooth and perfect.
The door is looking very good, height quality, and the price, including installation was the best on the market as well.

Lunar Bifold doors - Absolutely amazing service from professional speedy delivery To Quality of product To after service/supply of spare parts needed due to our own accidental damage. They managed to supply promptly even during the Corona times last Summer when nobody else had stock for at least four months. Really impressed, so were our contractors who have continued to use Lunar Bi-fold Doors ever since. Thank you Mr Khan for your polite professional, friendly service. I found lunar on eBay and I couldn’t be happier with everything. The communication was excellent and they guys who delivered my doors couldn’t be more helpful. They explained everything from start to finish snd even gave me their phone number incase I got stuck. I will 100 percent use again and have already recommended to others.

They’ve been great. They delivered bang on time. Our builder made a mess of fitting them and Umer came out and sorted it free of charge working late into the night. I wish we had got them to fit it first time, would have saved a lot of heartache. Must have rang them about 10 times about various stuff and they always responded positively.

Highly recommend Lunar Bifold doors to anyone looking for a great product at a great price. From the moment we enquired about the doors till now they have answered all our questions and calls without any problem at all. We had the 4 panel anthracite bifold and opted to fit ourselves. Had a couple
Of slight issues with the doors, I would recommend having the install service if in any doubt about fitting yourself. They came out within a week and rectified problems and nothing was too much trouble. Overall very happy with the service and aftercare.

Excellent service from the start. Fitters were hard working and did a first rate job. Doors look great.

Have used a few company’s to install bifold but Luna were very good on price ,no fuss ,reliable and even took the time to show the client how they work and that’s on a Friday afternoon when most would be rushing off
