They are a rip off. They sent me the wrong color wig. The wig looked awful. I requested a refund sent them for emails no response. Sent the frist response with some fake ticket they haven't responded thieves kept my 39.00.

I really hate writing bad reviews but this company really does not deserve anyone's business if they treat everyone like they treated me. It was my first wig order online and bcos of the way they treated me it will probably be my last. I buy lots of wigs so I tried ordering online bcos of the pandemic. First of all it took forever to receive my order with very little tracking information available. By the time I received them I was recuperating from major surgery so I didn't really see them til later. Once I looked at them I realized the only thing correct about the wigs were the color...they looked nothing like the wigs online...NOTHING!! I submitted the info they requested advising them of the situation and I was told I would be refunded 8.74?? I don't know why that amount but I told them ok but I would never order from them again...I have not heard from them since. I thought I could use the black one but neither of them really appeal to me so I will donate them. This is a true case of bait and switch so BUYER BEWARE!!

Luna wigs is a scum please do not fall for it. I ordered a 360 whole cap wig they send me a ponytail. I ordered a brown afro short wig they send me a white curly wig that can only be won for Halloween. They wanted to refund me 14.45 but I could not take that then they offered 25.00 and keep the wigs but what they sent me is something no one in their right mind can wear so I refused. Finally, Paypal refunded my whole amount. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE THIEVES

I want to thank the"purchasers" for their honest, and disappointed experience with this company. I was online looking at this company wigs. And they have these models: and a couple of them look to be famous people.
I was very interested in a particular hair peace...0l6 short/sassy very pretty. I phone my sister(a hair stylist) and text her a few of the styles I liked, and she gave me her professional view on how it would look on me etc.
And she provided some protection, "Be aware of these sites, so I started reading these reviews and boy!!!! Im telling you Im glad👍this is horrible😞. This company needs to be off site. Why this dirty company is still online? and how to get them off? DON'T BUY PERIOD!!!!!!! cut the blood off if you get my drift💀 Again thank you for the reviews.

On 2-3-2021, I purchase 3 wigs from Luna Wigs, online. I paid $70.71 . To date I have not received my wigs ordered or a refund. I emailed the company on 2-28-2021. Jona (JH) was apologetic for the so called error. Jona said she would refund me $14.01 back and still mail all 3 wigs to me. Suddenly, the order changed from 7-14 days to receive up to an additional 25 days for me to receive the order. I asked for a tracking number showing order has shipped; Jona has not responded back. I believe I am getting the run around from this Jona (JH). I have now filed a complaint with my Bank. I would not recommend anyone buy from this China based company. I would rate a 0 if I could. :(

OMG! I am so disappointed. I ordered two wigs and found they’re not close to the color I thought and they’re very cheaply made. A waste of my time and money.

I will never use these people again, if you are smart you will look somewhere else. I spent over $64 on two items, they got them both wrong and offered $24 compensation, and said keep product , I don't want the product!

I purchased two wigs from Luna Wigs on 2/10/2021. I received them 0n 2/27, and was sooo disappointed when I opened the package. The description states curly afro wig for African Americans....that is not what I received; I got a short curly wig and a disgusting looking long wig, both are suited for Caucasians, not African Americans. I wished I had read the reviews first, which is what I usually do; a stupid lapse in judgement on my part. $49.57 wasted. Who are the models they use in this scam? The wigs on the models are nothing like the ones I received.

I emailed them twice requesting a refund and to date there has been no response. With so many complaints, how are they allowed to continue taking orders? This is the ultimate ripoff of unsuspecting customers.

Do not buy from this site. BEWARE!!!!! What u see is not what you get. The wigs are cheap and the quality is just as bad. What you think you ordering from the picture you not going to get it. I should have done my homework and looked at reviews but thought I would get something similar to what I purchased. I got whatever they felt like sending me. Theses wigs are awful and stay away. Keep your money. They are cheap, and like me may get a whole different color than what you ordered.
So I am trying to return what I ordered because it's not what I ordered and they are the worse at customer service. They have the nerve to offer me 34% back and I keep the product. That is an insult when I spent 68 with you. Then if I want to send it back of course it's qioing to cost me 20 to send back to CHINA for a full refund and take a month or so for them to get it back. More money to dish out. So listen to the reviews and don't buy from this site. The do nothing but false advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered these wigs because I was lured in by the pictures that they presented to me. These were pictures of women using there own hair and they had a great hair style. We were all lured in by these women using there own hair to showcase those wigs. I purchased 2 and hated them both. Those 2 wigs were terrible!!!!! This was the worst mess I have ever seen in my whole LIFE. IT LOOKED LIKE they HAD BEEN LAYING IN THE ALLY ALL YEAR!!! THEY WERE CURLY WIGS AND LOOKED WONDERFUL ON LINE.
BUT WHEN I got THEM THEY looked like a large MOP that belongs in a large mop bucket. I am a business woman. I like to look nice every day. If you don't want a broken heart don't buy these WIGS!!!!

I ordered a short pixie cut but received a straight blond wig. I returned the wig to address on package. Rep for the company said that the address was not the address for returns but the address of their carrier. So they will not refund my money. I will never order from them again. Don't waste your time ordering from them.

I purchased 4 wigs one of them i cant even get the comb through and NONE of them are like the pictures and I am so disappointed.

I ordered 089 Luna pixie cut. I did not receive the correct product are the correct color I paid for express service and I got the wig 30 days later.

I ordered a wig thinking this was a a legit company. All the photos of American black women lured me in. The wig is a hot ass mess. You can’t even call it a wig. The wigs are coming from China. There is no paperwork inside the bag with instructions to care for it or how to return to the wig. There’s no phone numbers to contact the company. Only a FAKE email address. They really are a SCAM!!! And should be investigated by the FBI. Don’t buy from these foreigners. Chinese SCAMMERS!!!!! Trump is obviously right about these F——-!

Not long ago, I bought a wig from LunaWigs and it took about half a month to deliver it to my home, which is not too slow for me. Overall, I still look forward to this purchase. First, I compared the prices of other online stores. The wigs sold by lunawigs are very affordable and feel good after trying them on. Next time I buy a wig, I will still choose this store

Luna Wigs is the worst!!! Bought 2 wigs, the pixie and the curly. Wigs seem to be dog hair. They were nothing like the advertisements. Tried to contact for reimbursement of my $41.00 to no avail. I am so disappointed that I fell for this SCAM!!! Please read reviews and avoid this site like the plague!!!
