In ordered 2 short wigs. They came in sufficient time. But neither wig looks like what I ordered. The styles that came have no style! Put it on a clown! You can see the glue and they are so tight with no breathing room. I am so disgusted because I wanted them for the the holidays and now that's a wash. Im going back to the old school and walking into the store for my purchases. Also their return sucks. How do you decide if you're going to give a customer a refund AFTER you receive the merchandise... So now Imma out of the product and my money.

They sent me a piece of matted canine coat glued to a stocking cap.This one time I actually felt more sorry for the mutt than my loss. Don't know if it was a wig, some twigs or the remains of a dried up fig tree cursed by Jesus. I couldn't help but to laugh. It looked nothing like what I ordered and when I sent these canine killers an email complaining they deleted their telephone number off of the email. They sent me a wig looked like the hair they shaved off the dogs that they cook and barbecue for American consumers and business. It had no style to it, was not the color I ordered and it showed on some app they sent me to download for tracking, that it was being shipped from China. When I received the package after the time listed, it was from some address in Auburn, Alabama, which is the location of an gas station.The telephone number they have posted online is disconnected and the email address responds back to you with an automated messenger. They make it impossible to get in touch with them after they steal your money so I would advise everyone to not order from here.

This company is a complete rip off. I did not read the reviews before ordering. Which is completely my fault but I was told by a friend of my that this was a reputable site to order from. Please, please, I beg of you do not spend your money with this vendor. The product looks nothing like the pictures they are advertising on the website. From reading the reviews its a process trying to get your money back. Do not be hoodwinked by these people. These wigs looks a mess. Not even worth the one star and wish I could give them a negative 0 but it will not allow me too!

That was wrost wig I ever had in my life its not good hair it was suppose to be and curly but instead it look like a plie of mess never again would get any wigs from these country comming out of china

Luna wigs are garbage. The wigs look nothing like the pictures. Please save your money.

If I could give these con artist a zero I would. They should be held criminally accountable for taking people's money and false advertising. The hair looks nothing like the fake models, but like doll hair, but 100 times worse. I placed my order before reading the reviews, and tried to reverse it once I read them but couldn't. I'm still sending it back today via PayPal. You rather play with your mammy money before playing with mine. The wig was cheap thank God, but just think how many people they have ripped off. Do not let them get away with this bs. The strange part is, once you purchase a wig from them, you don't see the adds no more. Before I purchased the wig I couldn't surf the web unless seeing Luna adds all day long. I so hate them, and their ugly fake fiber wigs. Report them too the BBB, FBI,CIA, and everybody.

I ordered two weeks September 30th and just received them October the 20th they were not the color wigs I ordered they were not the right wigs I ordered I will never order anything again nor my friends this is ridiculous poor service

I order a wig off of the lunawigs.com web site I only blame myself for believing their fake reviews the wigs I received in the mail looked like a curly, dull 1970 afro and no it wasn't human hair like they advertised. I tried to post a picture of the blonde shaggy poodle but I couldn't save your money PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEIR FAKE WEB SITE!!!!!!!

The wig I bought, looked like a old shaggy poodle dog,and they don't wanna give me my money back,first they said that they would give me $5.59,back and i keep the wig and they said,they would give me 11.00 and I keep the wig,they don't wanna give you yourw money back,and they are putting fake reviews, PLEASE DONT BUY A WIG FROM THESE PEOPLE

This the worst company it's a. Scam order beautiful wig got a wig piece never I mean never I give them a negative 1 star. STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE.

Very disappointed I order two wigs I thought the shipment would be from somewhere in the United States ended up coming from China and when they arrived at my home it wasn't the color that I ordered or the style one had an awful smell as if it was in storage for months they was just a very poor quality I will never order from these people again

Where is my lace front wig S21. It's black I haven't received it and I sent my money either send my money or my wig I don't have no money to throw away

Very Poor service. They are so cheap to
send you what they promised and charge you for it. I will never buy from them again. And when you try to
contact them, they only have a email address. Which Im not sure if it
is true. All buyers Beware beware, spend your money elsewhere.

They are worse than you can imagine! Not even close to color and style you are expecting. Don't know what those who gave a good review was thinking!

This is a scam. I have requested a refund and I am still waiting. I returned the wigs and where is my refund? The wigs were beyond horrible. I cannot believe that you are in business. When you call Customer Service they say it is not their site and you have been scammed. Please return my Refund - Order Bjfi83100.

Ordered from this company last year and what they sent me was pure garbage. Just read some of the reviews here now and it was the same experience I had. Nothing less to say but the company is a total sham/scam however you want to put it. Do not buy from this company ever I am still waiting for a refund. They don't even have a proper return address. Disgraceful!

I order 2 wigs it took forever for me to get them. I open the bag it was 2 raggedy old lady used wigs. The wigs didn't look nothing like what I ordered. This company is a scam. The wigs was not in a package for wigs.

I wish i would of looked at all the REVIEWS before i ordered 4 wigs for 75dollars plus shipping&handling. The wigs came 4 months later and they were UGLY and Matted, the nerve of this company using celebrity faces with their wigs,scaming the African American Community for sure, i took a lost with the wigs, i wouldn't even wear them for Halloween i threw all of them AWAY.
