Great service and communication from Hannah-Grace

Great communication from Patrick. All staff very helpful and also resized another watch I had that wasn’t purchased from them.

Great service very friendly

Visited their Victoria Square store in June 2025 to have a watch bracelet sized. Despite having bought the watch elsewhere, I wanted to take it to be sized by the best in Belfast. Upon walking into the store I was greeted immediately and shown to a consultation area and even offered a coffee. The job was done free of charge in a few minutes. The level of service made a great impression on me, especially as I had not even been a paying customer and as a younger person dressed very casually I was treated as if I were there spending thousands. My high expectations of Lunns were indeed met. When the time comes I will be back.

From being in store, to speaking over the phone the customer service was fantastic. Compared to other Jewellers in Belfast City Centre Lunn's are levels above the rest. My wife loves her new ring and to top it off I was given an unexpected voucher to go towards a new watch. Thank you very much

I sent an enquiry email to the concierge email address stated on the Lunn's website. After two days there was no response; not even an acknowledgment of receipt of said email. I then tried the WhatsApp contact method advertised on their website. A response was sent with no apology for having completely ignored my previous email. Seriously poor level of first contact "customer service". I'll take my business elsewhere.

My 11 year old son and his friend were treated like royalty last week by Jessica Hawkins in the Tag Heuer department of the Queens Arcade. Jessica could not have made them feel more welcome and allowed them to try on a watch each which made their day as well as being gifted a lovely cap.
Jessica is a credit to Lunn's, providing the best customer experience, regardless of your age :-)

The staff are so professional. They are pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

My husband bought me a necklace, and i absolutely loved it. It nipped without being tugged, pulled or any kind of force. I took it over to the shop and was greeted by the manager Robert who examined it and indeed found there was small fault in the link. He gave me three different options as to what he could do for me, so I chose to change it to something else. I found a beautiful piece from a collection exclusive to Lunns only (David Yurman), and I am over the moon with it!
Robert was an absolute gentleman throughout, who provided excellent customer service and satisfaction, he is an asset to Lunns and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely purchase from them in the future because of this experience. As a bonus, (not really being into certain jewellery), have discovered a collection from which i will definitely buy again and that I just love!

Great service from a great team

The warm greeting from when we walked through the door, to the friendly, professional advise from Gary. We brought in several watches to be valued. I ended up purchasing another. Total impulse purchase - this was due to Gary showing the item & pointing out the value. We went to an appointment, then returned to the store and made the purchase.

Initially, I enquired about a pre-owned watch online. My query was answered promptly and courteously, and followed up with a set of photos of the piece, taken especially for me, including all the detailed information I was looking for. Upon making my purchase, the item was dispatched immediately, and I received it the very next morning. I couldn’t praise the service from Lunn’s highly enough - the team were brilliant! Thanks so much!
