What I like about the Lupe = it's easy to assemble, easy to clean the dirt bin and filters, it's cordless.

What I don't like about the Lupe = it's heavy and awkward to use. I'm 68, in good shape, but it is hard to maneuver, it fatigues my hand and wrist. I would not recommend the Lupe for senior citizens or a petite person.

Also the battery life is short, 30 minutes, and it's noisy. If you have long hair and pets, which I do, you also need to clean the brush and roller, plus you must check the hose for any clogs or it won't work properly. Extra effort and maintenance that I didn't have to do with my old Miele plug-in vacuum.

So every time I vacuum, it's truly a love/hate relationship with Lupe because I wanted a cordless vac but it's not fun to use...

I found the vacuum to be a bit narrow in its effectiveness. Great on hardwood floors and area rugs. Not good on longer pile carpets. It’s very loud. I find myself grabbing our old Hoover linx for quick jobs.

I'm really happy with my purchase. It does pick up very well. Great suction. And looks sexy, it makes me happy to clean the house.

The vacuum cleaner is great so far! I love how small it is, but it's powerful enough to do a great job on one pass. The battery power works well for me - though I probably will purchase a second battery just to get a little more life in one go. I can *almost* vacuum my whole 1200sf apartment in one go.

I haven't needed to purchase any parts yet, but I love the concept that this is a machine you keep and fix over time, not one to be discarded when something breaks.

Quick communication and the fact my Lupe is so well made.

I was hesitant initially - high price and foreign manufacturer - but strategy and technology of the product was impressive. Purchasing internationally was extremely easy. Product performs as promoted.

Well made and efficient vacuum. Confusing at first because of the design but once you get to know your Lupe you will love it. Easy to clean filter and empty dust bin been using for about a year and zero problems

I’ve tried a number of different cleaners and the Lupe is by far the best. Easy to use, very powerful and light to move around.

The vacuum is good but nothing special. It is a little cumbersome but manageable. I’m not sure the output is worth the price, but maybe my mind will be changed with continued use.

This vacuum has been great so far! We really like that everything is very modular so if something breaks, we can easily swap that part out.

Our battery was acting funny on our 6 month old Lupe. I wrote customer service on a holiday (granted it was American Thanksgiving) but received wonderful prompt care within 24 hours of each email, even on the weekend.

The vacuum arrived quickly in great packaging, works incredibly well and is easy to use.

I understand b/c of the suction it is a little hard to push forward but my biggest problem is how quickly it fills the small container and it is extemely difficult to dispense of it. It ends up all over me by the time I accomplish that task and I have allergies. If you ever could devise a replacement piece for that that would have a disposable hepa bag I would possibly buy it. It is in my garage though and I am seriously contemplating selling it.

A great cordless vaccum and even better support.
After a year of happy use my Lupe sadly stopped charging, after chatting to support and running few a few troubleshooting steps they suggested the cleaning head was defective and shipped me a new one. No charge and arrived in two days.

Vacuum collects lots of pet hair - works very well

This vacuum checked all the boxes.
It is easy to use and excellent at accomplishing the job. My favorite part of LUPE's platform is that I can order any replacement part.
