The Lupe is fantastic! Good power, good battery life, and phenomenal design. I love the modularity and ease of cleaning the parts. Best vacuum I have ever owned. WAY BETTER than Dyson products. Kudos to the ex-Dyson team for building with quality, versatility, usability, and longitivity in mind. A great value!

I've had this for a few months now, so I think its been enough time that I can give a valid review. I bought the Lupe when I moved into my new house and my old vacuum was on its last legs. I desperately needed a high performance vacuum since the previous owners had a long haired cat and had barely cleaned any fur out of the carpet. When I started using the Lupe, I pulled out massive amounts of fur out of the carpet, enough that I emptied the catch bin multiple times in my first use. I also like that I can pop out the carpet brush to clean it, I had that issue on my old vacuum and I'm glad that I can maintain this one easily. I hope to get many more years of use from this purchase!

I like the lightness of the vacuum and power behind it.

Customer service was excellent, my order was missing a part and they speedily sent it. However, I am only giving 4 stars because Lupe does not have a pet hair attachment for upholstery - a pet hair attachment is a common item to include with a vacuum and the Lupe and current owners would benefit from one. I could finally get rid of my Shark vacuum which I only keep around for the amazing pet hair upholstery attachment.

Best Ever Vacum, I have used Dyson V11 at my mum's house and made my comparison, Dyson is nowhere near Lupe. Lupe is far better and superior when it comes to performance.
My mum wanted to swap. I said nope! I am planning to buy one for her this Christmas.

In my opinion the Lupe is definitely a better product than Dyson. Lupe got the big things right: light, powerful, good batteries, weighted correctly and flexible use. Nevertheless PLEASE make the following 3 easy changes to the accessories to make the Lupe perfect:
- An additional flexible hose extension. Sometimes the ridged handle extension is not the right tool and the flexible hose attached to the hoover is too short not to drag the hoover along when working. (Ie: using on upholstery)
- A 360 flexible jointed upholstery brush. (Maybe a ball joint?) The slide on the brush is great but the ridge joint only allows the brush to make contact at certain angles and you end up trying to hoover in odd, uncomfortable positions.
- Adjustable length on the rigid handle. Sometimes this accessory is too long. A pipe in pipe with a twist friction fitting would resolve this problem. I would be happy to purchase any of these updated accessories from Lupe in the future.

I've been looking for a vacuum like Lupe for a while now. I know I wanted a cordless one, but Dysons were always so expensive and I don't like the idea of having to replace them every few years. I wanted something that would last, and that's when I came across Lupe. I love how minimalistic it is, how easy to operate it is, and how they're made to last forever with easily replaceable parts. Here's hoping that this'll be the last vacuum that I'll ever have to purchase!

I love this vacuum. The box it came in was awesome. It’s easy to empty. It’s easy to charge. It’s easy to store in tight spaces. It’s light but powerful. I can now invite people over to my house and remove the evidence that we live with three German Shepherds.

Defective products- I have been trying to return a DOA vacuum for over a week and to get a refund. The company has not sent a return label or a refund. I have been asked to fill out the same form 3 times and never get a response.

Powerful and so easy to convert to a hand held vac. I love it.

The vacuum has good suction and ok maneuverability, but just lacks some essential features. The lack of light to illuminate the floor and the lack of anti-hair wrap technology are too big to overlook. Just using it in a few rooms, the main roller was completely coated with hair, and the two (useless) little wheels on the bottom of the unit were also coated and no longer spinning. We only have one dog and vacuum regularly, so it was not an inordinate amount of hair that had to be picked up. While it is "easy" to remove the roller and then cut the hair off, that's not something I should have to do after every use. The bin also doesn't empty out on its own, it gets tightly packed in there, and you have to reach in and pull it out in clumps, making a bit of a mess each time you empty it (which is frequently, since the bin isn't all that large). Just started the return process, hopefully that will be straightforward as I am within my 90 days and there is no damage to the existing unit. Make some more useful attachments, get the roller to self clean, and add a light, and this product will be worth the price tag, until then, there are better options out there.

Really great that I could just purchase spare parts and at a really reasonable price. So glad I don’t have to buy a new vacuum but rather I can fix the one I have.

Good vacuum with very good suction and “simple” build. Glad to have it. A v2.0 could make it the best vacuum you can buy. Two big fixes needed: anti-hair clog roller, and rework the handheld / attachment system (which is really too complicated and lacking).

Such a great service when I ordered new parts. Love my Lupe & have used it constantly. I have long hair which has always been a problem for me with vaccums - not with Lupe though so easy to remove.

Actually more like a 3.5(+) rating. Liked the concept and mechanically superior in some ways to Dyson. But at the end of the day, did not work well with attach. on carpeted stairs (note: we have dogs). We do not have any carpet, but many low-pile rugs (~3500 sqft). The design requires that you fight the vacuum on the short pile rugs. Too easily tiring the operator. Hose & attach. too short & under-powered. Cannot see dirt accumulation in canister (& it accumulates towards the top causing issues). Seemed like this was more of a beta test than ready for prime time. My wife prefers the V11 Dyson.
