Omg one of the best LUSH stores. The team is sooo sweet and they all genuinely help you to find a product right for you. I was so lucky to have Qaitlin help me out in the store and she was soooo sweet and amazing, truly a gem at LUSH!!
Will never purchase from Lush again! Just tried to purchase on their boxing sale 50% off deal and upon checkout added my 100 dollar gift card and an error occurred and cleared my checkout items. I added again and checked out and my gift card was at zero!! No order or deals and no gift card!! as every thing goes out of stock so quickly with these specials. If your website can't handle large amounts of people do in store deals only!! Never will order again.
Celestial cream formula has changed ...thicker and different ingredients and different ratios.
So sad :(
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lush Queen Street West in Toronto, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. This outstanding experience was largely due to the remarkable assistance provided by Sophia, one of the store's incredible staff members. Her exceptional customer service skills, genuine care, and unparalleled dedication truly set her apart.
As a long-time customer of Lush, I have visited various locations, but Sophia's level of service was truly unmatched. From the moment I entered the store, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine desire to help. Her passion for the products and her knowledge of their ingredients and benefits were evident as she patiently guided me through the store, answering all my questions and providing valuable recommendations tailored to my needs.
What truly stood out about Sophia was her attentiveness and ability to listen. She took the time to understand my preferences, concerns, and skincare goals, ensuring that I left the store with products perfectly suited for me. Her expertise extended beyond simply recommending products; she went above and beyond to explain their usage, share application techniques, and even provided samples for me to try at home.
Sophia's caring nature and genuine enthusiasm were infectious. She made me feel valued as a customer and went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Her dedication was evident as she seamlessly balanced attending to other customers while still providing me with her undivided attention.
Not only did Sophia possess an incredible knowledge of the products, but she also had a deep understanding of Lush's values and initiatives. She effortlessly educated me about their commitment to sustainability and ethically sourced ingredients, allowing me to make conscious choices that aligned with my values.
The outstanding experience I had with Sophia has left an indelible impression on me. Her exceptional service, caring demeanor, and unwavering dedication epitomize what customer service should be. I am genuinely grateful for her assistance and cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond to make my visit to Lush Queen Street West an unforgettable one.
To anyone visiting Lush Queen Street West in Toronto, I wholeheartedly recommend seeking out Sophia. Her expertise, genuine care, and personalized attention will undoubtedly enhance your shopping experience. Lush is truly fortunate to have such an exceptional individual as part of their team.
Thank you, Sophia, for being an extraordinary ambassador of Lush's values and for making my visit truly memorable. Your dedication and passion are a testament to the outstanding service you provide. I will certainly be returning to Lush Queen Street West, eagerly looking forward to receiving your exceptional assistance once again.
“race, national or origin, colour, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, family status, disability, a conviction for which you have been granted a pardon, and there are others.”
A lot of people needed to stop and “think”. What would it have been like to be health medically disability exempt? What would it have been like for almost three years ninety per cent of the time on line, curb side, delivery only, and a lot of places not even offering that or it does not apply. Think about how people have all sorts of different circumstances, that can make it even worse (i.e. no car; can’t afford the extra costs and problems (not able to see product personally, returns, having to ship back usually at cost and difficulty to purchaser, and other problems) involved in most on-line shopping; depression; no internet; illnesses/disabilities (them or family); cannot drive; lost their means of income; no financial help (the loop holes); alone; and the list goes on). The consequences physically, mentally and emotionally were devastating or even deadly. You were not keeping “everyone safe”.
Some of the statements in answer to this serious exclusion, such as “we offer on line, or curb pick up, or delivery, etc.” was extremely ignorant, selfish, and pain causing because it is NOT the same thing. Especially not for that length of time. Simply put, there is a need to do a lot of things in person, for many various and obvious reasons. We all know this. The truth is other people can indeed imagine what it would be like, because they had to experience some of it, but only some of it, and at a hugely lower level. So just imagine what health medically disability exempt people went through. The truth is just plain and simple, that you simply don’t care about those others. Your own selfish needs were only important.
100% serious legitimate reasons for health medical disability exemptions. If you do not know them, then you should have educated yourself about them.
Health exempt people were very responsible in the ways that counted, and cared about “everyone”, and were less of any threat to anyone than most of those who wore masks for many reasons, you can bet on it. There is a long list of reasons, in regard to both the health etc. exempt and those who wore masks. A lot of people though were capable of figuring that out on their own. You acted irrationally with your fears and only self-concern. We were and are not “dispensable” people. We should never have been harassed, bullied, threatened or attacked by any store etc. or others or denied services, etc., inside or out, that were offered to others. We needed them also. Desperately. We had a basic trust in others, and so should you have.
You chose to not follow the governments’ exemptions.
As I stated, your store went off my list, but I’m sure you could not care less. I was in the past a regular customer. I will never again give Lush my business. Thank god that some stores cared about “everyone”. This chain of stores was not one of them.
People were free to wear masks and still are. You did not have the moral right and should not have had the freedom to try to force masks on us thereby disrespecting and not caring at all about our well-being, safety, and life, and if we could not then your denying us the same type of needs and rights as you thereby disrespecting and not caring at all about our well-being, safety, and life.
Extremists on one side or the other. Some of us preferred the middle ground, caring about “everyone”.
We can never be 100% safe unfortunately. There are so many different types of threats. We shouldn’t add to the harmful things because of fear.
To have the attitude that you want to be and think you can be 100 per cent safe, or safer, or gain something else by denying others the same rights as you have, was and is just not right. Always has been not right, is not right, and always will not be right.
Lush & I go back many years. As each year goes by, Lush comes back with new & better goodies as well as upgrading their stellar customer service. Especially from the SQ-1 store in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. That store's team is a winning team in all aspects, especially their humanely amazing customer service.
I love their bathbombs, but I also love their commitment to pay fair wages, use sustainable packaging, and only sell cruelty-free products. My favourite bath bomb is the galaxy one. I think it's called "Intergalactic."
