Stores closed because "standing for gaza". I am not getting response to emails.

I've been a long time LUSH user, and after changing back and forth brands, just because I want to find the perfect products, I decided to stay with LUSH whenever possible. Love the scents, quality and the staff of the LUSH store in Ghent, Belgium.

Worst ever! I ordered 9 balls costing about $80.00 shipped. They were delivered with not individually cellophane wrapped. just tossed in with packing peanut and cardboard. The butter bear's face was crushed. All the scents intermingled making a smelling mess. Worst Xmas gift ever. They should be ashamed to sell these at this cost and package so poorly. Awful.

I buy shampoos and conditioners from them. Fast shipping. The quality matches the price. Love their scent

There is no doubt that company have their heart in the right palce and we need more ecological and sustainable companies like this one. However, my niece has requested Rhubarb and Custard soap for Christmas and when I opened the packet the soap itself is not wrapped and is stuck to the packaging inside. Apart from the hygiene issues it's not the prettiest looking gift. Apparently they have a naked gift policy which is not apparent when ordering from them.

Went into the branch near fisherman’s wharf in San Francisco to help my partner choose a moisturiser for his very dry skin. I rubbed two he liked the smell of onto his hand for him to smell and choose between when a customer assistant came over and whispered into my ear ‘o you like to try them, maybe you’ve tried too much’. So creepy! Worst customer service of any lush

I ordered Christmas gifts from the German site. When I got it and opened the box some shaving creme was missing. I wrote to customer service and I got a very friendly reply and a quick refund. Good service makes me happy :-)

I visited Lush in Oxford Street in London and had the pleasure to meet Virginie. She is a French girl very polite, kind and helpful. She answered all my queries about the different products and provided a very knowledgeable support. This has been the greatest customer service that I received so far. Thank you Virginie and all the very best!

I’m in Australia but can’t find the Australian Lush to review? But anyways! I’ve always been super happy with my Lush experiences! They always give out free samples to try, their bath bombs are AMAZING, and I’m a big fan of their face masks too!

Omg! Im obsessed with LUSH! Their bathbombs are amazing, their shampoo bars supreme (i have at least 3 in my bath to choose my scent of the day!) hair products, face masks (and if u bring back 5 (6?) containers back you get a free mask) and have u tried the Sea salt scrub??? Never disappointed ... except when SOLD OUT! Oh and get in line boxing day for their bogo sale!!!!!

Ordered a bunch of very fragile bath bombs for my fiancé's birthday and was happy to see them packed very well and all were intact. Shipped quickly and she loved the products (great smells and interesting patterns as they dissolve). I have been shopping here for years and they always deliver as expected!

I love LUSH! They have amazing products that I can share with my children. Durning covid-19 when I have placed an order, I have been notified of delays. Any communication has been courteous and my questions answered. My orders have arrived well packaged and have been worth the extra wait.
