They were also quick in responding and they tries their best to match you with the vehicle you like with a payment you can afford. Thanks to , Caleb for walking me through the entire process, Reece, Louise and Charlotte for assisting me through to the end. It was indeed a good experience for me.

I was signposted to Luv Cars through…
I was signposted to Luv Cars through the Totally Money app which I use regularly. The process was simple and the Car Specialist - Reece, was really helpful and appreciated what car I was looking for. I finally settled on one I'd found via another platform and Reece didnt hesitate to contact the dealer to secure the sale.
I was even able to amend the amount of the finance slightly, when my car sale was less than planned. This was no hassle to Reece at all.
Charlotte and the handover team were also very proactive and I collected my new car yesterday and i love it! Only note, I didnt pick up on the small admin and "right to buy" fee in my final payment until I saw the finance agreement to sign.
That said, I would absolutely use this service again!
