I can not recommend Luviacure enough! My whole experience from making first contact with John to enquire about the process to having the surgery and now resting at home has been amazing. This is my second time with Luviacure. This time around I had lipo 360. The doctor, doctor assistant and his colleagues were amazing. I had a great experience with the customer service at this facility. The staff ensured I was well looked after, and my interaction with the doctor was very friendly. The nurses were incredibly supportive, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
Additionally, when my ticket was unexpectedly canceled, they extended my stay for an extra day without hesitation, accommodating me immediately with just a small additional charge. Their efficiency and kindness made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

I found Luviacure via google search. I initially spoke to someone back in 2021 about wanting to travel to Turkey for a Rhinoplasty. They was very good on delivering information as well as reassuring and taking your feelings to account. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances i was not able to travel within the year and therefore lost my deposit. I was aware the year rule therfore knew it was my issue for not making the move. In 2023 John got in touch with me from Luviacure and was very understanding that i was still showing my loyalty wanting to return to have a rhinoplasty with Luviacure. I therefore knew Luviacure was right place to carry on this dream as it was UK based and a registered company and i did not know any other place that would offer this. The last week of November 2024 i travelled with my 3 year old daughter and 50 year old Brother lol. They really understood and took my feelings in to account that i was a single mum and needed childcare support so they booked us a room with my daughter who got her own bed. The hotel service at CityLoft 81 was 10/10 the staff was fantastic everytime i rung reception they arrived within minutes and gave me ice and gloves this is much needed for your eyes and this hotel was excellent with providing this service during my post op. Regardless of the language barrier they just knew room 135 needed ICE lol. The VIP transfers were on time and excellent so convinient and vital for your pre and post operative care needs. It was stress free service as everything is arranged by the Turkey based allocated agent. Speaking about the Turkey based agent. Ulas was fanatstic super helpful and supportive he was doing all the translation side of it with the surgeons communicating with me on whatsapp for all the transfers and follow up appointment, hes even been able to give me answers from the surgeon when i’ve travelled back to England.
Furthermore I want to speak of the excellent 10/10 compassionate care delivered my the staff nurses at Medicana Hospital. I am Registered Nurse worked over a decade and i was amazed how excellent and 5 star the care is in Turkey regardless it being a private hospital or not the care delivery was fantastic. Thank you to all the team who looked after me there. Finally my Surgeon Dr Can Ilker Demir. Thank you so much for your reassurance and meeting my needs.I am very happy with my Rhinoplasty results post 21 days. The pain for the surgery last no more than 2 days only when the medication was due otherwise i was able to enjoy my stay in Istanbul and care for my 3 year old daughter as normal which i would have not imagined. The only thing i will have to recommend and feedback to Luviacure is to ensure patients are staying long as 7 nights or longer if desired regardless of complications or not. This is only because i was informed to book 5 nights taking in consideration my history to note that i had no medical issues. Unfortunately my nose did have bone fracture which was healing and diviated septum as well as ?inverted cartilage to my nose sill. I was not surprised as this has occurred due domestic violence. So please inform clients to stay longer as i was happy to book new flights and hotel however other people may not be happy to do so and it might affect your future reviews. Overall i am very pleased with the service and already have reffered a client on my day back to John (Can) from Luviacure and have another 3 people who are intrested. Thank you for your time and patience with excellent communication and fast phone responses. 10/10 :-)

I would like to share my experience with Luviacure
I had my procedure on 16th October travelling there I was very nervous but there again I wouldn’t be normal if I wasn’t, I was meet at the airport taken to the hotel and picked up the next morning around 06.30 taken to the hospital. Signed some paperwork then had my routine test done before meeting my surgeon, who calm me straight away with his mannerisms he draws where you need tummy tuck breast and arms in my case, by half nine I was taken down to theatre. Hospital staff and interpreter was lovely and helped all the way. After my operation I stayed in hospital for two night and was looked after even my friend that went with me was taken care of with food and drinks. Since returning home Luviacure have wasapp a number of times, for photos to check on healing and how I was doing. All in all I would recommend this company and will go back for other procedures

Both my son &daughter have just come back from Turkey. These guys are amazing! My daughter had some problems NOT due to surgery an they were on it straight away! They kept her in 2nights instead of 1, just to make sure she was OK. She had her boobs done and a nose job and she could t be happier. My son had his receding hairline done, he caught the dressing on the back of his head after surgery and they actually opened the surgery on a Sunday morning, picked him up an got a doctor In and took him back to the hotel. They both look fantastic. Her nose is beautiful an the boobs speak for themselves! 1st class company!!

Tahsin giogolo did the procedure, yes they do rush you into Medway hospital.

I went for lipo etching in turkey, I wasn't told I'd be put to sleep for the op. I also had to take a drainage connected to my groin area for a few days in a hotel which I wasn't told about. Was told they would use dissolvable stiches but they weren't. Nurses rude, only good thing is that the surgeons were nice and hopefully done a great job. We will see in time.
