It’s the second operation I have through Luviacure. I was pleased both time with the result. The doctors are very competent and informative, which makes the consultation prior the operation really good. They answered all my questions and showed me pictures and it was very clear - also thanks to the translator. The rest (the hotel, the transportation to and fro the hospital) was all very easy.

genuine and honest review about my experience i am 6 weeks post op and overall happy with my rhinoplasty results still swollen which is normal.
To start days before my surgery my hotel was changed and it was a 3* not the 5* stated on the package when you book. So this was the first thing and the hotel just looked cheap and nasty you don't want this when recovering from surgery and travelling abroad. I ended up booking my own hotel and asked them to deduct of total. I have read on other reviews they have done this to others so there's a bit of a pattern in how they do things.
The night i arrived in Istanbul i received a message from Busra asking to pay for surgery and an added £200 had been put on to the bill... firstly i said to Busra i am not transferring nearly 2k over to a company i have still not met anyone face to face from yet. I hadn't even had my consultation! i also said the added £200 i will not be paying, as there was no hidden fees and again from other reviews they seem to try this on with everyone. When i said no they did not push any further and excepted as they realised i wasnt falling for that extra cost. I also called Busra to say how stressed this had made me feel travelling alone as a woman all way from uk to have surgery following day and tired from travel. I found this so unprofessional and stressful so this is something Luviacure need to work on as its quite poorly run.
Day of surgery zeynep took care of me the traffic was bad so we arrived late to hospital. I was then rushed to read through documents and i said can i take my time and she said we don't really have much time. which again is so unprofessional when people are about to undergo surgery i was already so nervous this added to that. Then another added charge of covid test £50 was added on to the bill i also refused to pay as this wasnt made clear.
They settle me in my hospital room and do bloods and consultation which lasted no longer than 5 minutes. Again this felt so rushed and i cant stress enough how you want to feel safe and secure before surgery especially in a different country. Dr Durak was very friendly and made me feel slightly better even tho it all felt rushed.
After surgery hospital staff were fantastic and caring language barrier can be difficult though used google translate. food was awful i must say, the next day i went back to hotel went to pharmacy on way which you have to pay for own medication it is only cheap though but again you aren't told this. I will say Busra was really helpful throughout my time there i went for my appointment to remove packing and stiches which was very painful but busra held my hand and was so sweet.
Fast forward to home and 2 weeks has gone by to only notice my surgeon left what i could see 2 stiches. There was still dried blood so was hard to see and this is why i hadn't seen them. I contacted the team straight away it was all very confusing, i was told by 1 person they were dissolvable stiches and then the surgeon tried to say he told me to remove these when i returned to uk?! There was no mention of this Busra also didn't tell me this.
It wouldn't have been such a shock if i was told but this wasn't the case they just had to come up with something fast. They were missed and no one could tell me how many stiches were left up there i then had to make an appointment with a surgeon and pay for removal here in the uk. This cost me more money and time. Luvacure invited me up to clinic in london but wanted to charge me for there mistake! plus would have cost me to travel there. So the surgeon found 5 stiches in total! not just the 2 i thought.... Not to mention they weren't dissolvable stiches and had I not noticed caused me major infection! I then spat another stich out which i sent them an image of 2 weeks ago ? The Response was "this is not harmful to you" suppose thats alright then but if you leave non dissolvable stiches in can cause infection?
After care has been awful no follow up appointment not asked for images like they say they will to check healing process. Basically don't care once you've left and considering they knew stiches were left in and i had to go have them removed they haven't checked up on me. Overall was unprofessional im happy with my nose but the process hasn't been pleasant with some issues i had to deal with. There is a lot of improving to do on professionalism here. What was meant to be a smooth stress free experience was quite the opposite due to the reasons listed above. I waited to write this review to give them a chance but all they are bothered about is the money.

I'll start my review by saying that I'm very happy with the surgery itself however there were a few things that let Luviacure down which I would like to highlight to others.
When I made my initial enquiry I made it clear to William that I would be travelling with my husband and son, however this was not included in my quote. I was advised that it would be around £10 extra for a double bed. My hotel ended up changing from the Holiday Inn to Wow Hotel and more than doubled in price. I was then advised that there would be a 2.9% charge for using a credit card and also an additional £50 fee for a covid test. The night before we left for Turkey I received an updated quote, the price for the rhinoplasty, and transfers had increased. I queried this and the rhinoplasty increase was an error? But the increase in transfers was due to inflation... when I went to pay final balance my deposit had not been taken off and I had to argue the point in the middle of a busy hospital at 10pm, after travelling all day. This was all before I had even had the treatment and it did not make a good first impression...
We where then told we had to wait for another patient as we were sharing the transfer, which I did not mind and it ended up being nice to have someone else to talk to about the experience, however I paid several hundred for 'private' transfers, and did not receive any discount for these shared journeys... I also found out that the other patients transfer cost did not increase with inflation... Luviacure have tried to claim this is because my party required a bigger vehicle, however there were only 3 of us and we used normal taxi cars several times to explore Istanbul... also I asked ahead how far the hospital was from the hotel and was told 20 minutes... it is at least 40 minute drive.
When we got to the hotel there was no cot for my son despite asking several times ahead of time.. it was now 12am by this point and we had to be picked up at 6am for hospitalisation. The cot that was eventually provided was very unsafe, the mattress was too small for the cot and there was a rip in it. The air con and tv did not work in our room either. We were told that wow hotel is 5*, it's not, it's 4* and that's a push. You aren't allowed to bring food in from outside, there's no kettle in the room, however the food from the restaurant downstairs is very nice. The staff at the hotel are also very nice and friendly.
It's very isolated and you have to get a taxi to go anywhere. Also, this hotel does not offer single beds, the other patient that was staying alone had paid less than half of what I had paid, for the exact same room, purely because I had specifically requested a double bed? Luviacure have not provided me with a proper explaination for this..
My experience at the hospital was good, the only down sides where that the air con didn't work and the room was unbearably hot and again the tv didn't work. However the quality of care was very good despite the language barrier.
I was disappointed again when we went to the pharmacy and we had to pay for our post operative drugs, I thought this was included in the package, and this should be made clear.
I have raised all of these grievances with Luviacure and they are not providing me with proper responses, or just passing the blame onto the third party providers, which is just unacceptable to me.

I cannot speak highly enough of Luviacure. I first had a hair transplant in Istanbul, in January 2022. At the six month review, I was told that the surgery had not been as successful as it should have been. Without question or prompting, I was offered another revision procedure at no cost, except the cost of a flight. Whilst waiting for the second procedure, communications were excellent and many conversations took place. My phone calls and questions were always answered and resolutions were provided. This time, Ceren was my point of contact in Turkey, and she was very helpful, professional, and friendly. Even after the second procedure, I had another minor issue with aftercare products, and Luviacure helped to resolve the problem in very quick time, by shipping me replacement products. Luviacure genuinely care for their customers and there happiness, and the level of service they provide is excellent.

Life changing decision made very easy through LuviaCure, small issue with hotel but all was rectified in the end. Pickup from airport and transfers were amazing, my translator Zeyneb is an asset to the company and kept me reassured throughout the week. A highly reputable surgeon and great end results. I'm especially greatful to the team who supported me once I set foot in turkey. Zeynep made me feel comfortable even before my arrival, continually made me feel safe, kept me updated throughout my journey, extremely supportive and a message away be in night or day and is a intelligent woman who was able to retrieve any answers I awaited.
I am greatful for Dr Nazim Durak who was extremely accommodating, hugely comforting, supportive, funny and warm but more importantly he knows what's he's doing and gets the job done. I was extremely nervous, extremely scared as its our face wer talking about and I am critical best of times but in all honesty I was greatful for the treatment and transfer.
I will now go to London to get my stitches removed as Zeynep and Dr Nazim Durak tried to fit me in and guide me through my steps accordingly for this.
The whole team was very accommodating and kind from the drivers who helped me travel to and fro the hospital and to and fro the airport, zeynep who helped me with all my queries, worries and feelings, the hotel staff, my doctor, the nurses there were brilliant with the before and after care, so kind and so humble.

My rhinoplasty experience with Luviacure was very good, considering the low prices they have, it was a quite good service.
Dr. Tahsin listened to all my requests, the pre op consultation went very well and the surgery as well. I'm excited to see my new nose once the cast is off.
Ceren, our translator and guide was very kind and answered all of our questions and was reassuring when me and my sister were nervous about the surgery, we had some help from Busra and she was also amazing the whole time.
The clinic was very clean and modern and we have received the care needed. Even though none of the staff spoke English, some of the nurses were very kind and showed proper consideration.
The hotel was perfect for us to hide away until we felt better and the staff was super helpful with providing ice for our faces.
All transfers were on time and all drivers were very kind.
I do have a one suggestion:
- Inflation is real everywhere, but possible price increases should be communicated in advance, before customers arrive in Turkey, not 5 hours before the hospital tests. This was corrected in the end and we appreciate Luviacure took responsibility for the delayed communication.
Overall a pleasant experience, there is always room for improvement and I think Luviacure has great potential to lead by example. Thank you for everything 😊
I would like to offer special thanks and recommendation to Büsra Who is an asset to the company and definitely offers and reassurance and it’s always eager to help and Ceren was also very nice. To be honest all of the team what I dealt with in Istanbul had great customer service and wanted to keep me happy. In this I cannot fault them and they do deserve recognition for their efforts. I believe it is only fair to highlight that.

From start to finish my Experience with Luviacure was Fantastic, the transfers were prompt and luxury, the hotel was stunning and clean.
My assistant Zeynep who looked after me spoke very good English and understood what I desired for my teeth and new smile, I wanted my teeth fixed but not Hollywood style looking and that was the result they are so natural…I would like to Thank Zeynep for holding my hand literally (terrified of needles) through my treatment and having the patience to get to the right results and understanding my needs.

A friend had referred us to Luviacure and we couldn't be happier! Everything went smooth because of them.
Apart from some communication hiccups with the sales staff (had to be a little pushy to get responses/clarification), my experience was great all together and the doctors they work with are generally top notch.
A big Thank You to Büşra (Bushrah)! She has exceptional interpersonal & and customer/patient relations skills (haven't seen this quite often - and I've lived east and west.) She'll communicate on your behalf, make all necessary arrangements, always is prompt and one step ahead, and maintains a great deal of professionalism - while remaining human. Simply a real gem and you're in good hands if you have her as your local coordinator!

I don’t normally write reviews but know some of you will be thinking should I or shouldn’t I? I had rhinoplasty just over a month ago for a deviated septum and mid shaped nose. All I can say is yes you should. I wish I’d done it years ago. The care I received was absolutely top class. The price, very good. The hotel, superb. The surgery went smoothly with very little pain and the aftercare was amazing. The pick up and drop off were perfect and my personal helper could not have been better she was excellent. I am so pleased with results. My nose is straight and I can breathe much better. I am still swollen and will be for a few months, it can take up to a year for it to settle into its permanent new size and shape. Thank you Luviacure, very highly recommended.
