The item that I received was a…
The item that I received was a completely different item than what I had ordered. Further, the personalization had been misspelled & was not engraved as I had ordered. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company to correct my order or refund the purchase price, they insisted they sent the correct item with the correct spelling even tho I also attatched photos of my original order screen with desired items & photos of the completely different items I received with incorrect spelling of personalization. I even attempted to return the items to the items, but the company refused to give me a return address to send them to, and said they would not even accept a return!
I really wanted the items I ordered, so I bent over backwards to complete this transaction with them, however they repeatedly refused to assist, in any way, with this matter.

WORST company every
I will never purchase anything from this company again. I order a CANVAS and received a cheap poster for $50 Then the personalized front door mat NEVER ARRIVED! Both were Christmas presents - very very disappointed.

I did not get the correct ornament
I did not get the correct ornament. I asked for one with Victor and Jennifer but was sent one with Bob and Suzie instead. I emailed about it and was told a replacement would be issued within two weeks. It never came, nor was I refunded. This was months ago. Very disappointed.

Disappointed
The item was initially lost and was late arriving. Once received, I was disappointed in the quality. It was a waste of money and time. I had to find another, more worthwhile, gift.

I ordered 13 door mats. Took a while for them to deliver and was giving 2 different tracking numbers. Thought it was a scam but what a wonderful surprise when they arrived. Beautiful..however a little thin. I'm very satisfied with my products

Not what you think at first look
When I first received the ornaments I was disappointed because the color was not bright as I expected. After a couple of weeks, I received an email from Luvingrace that I needed to remove the covering from them. I am thinking this happened to others. My only suggestion would be to include that information with the original order regularly. Once that covering was removed, they are beautiful and I am totally satisfied.
