As with all the other people I am now in a dispute with PayPal. I only received an email after filing a claim. I am a size S and ordered M.
The items are in poor quality - I can't even get a leg in the jumpsuit.
Nowhere on their return policy does it state that the items need to be returned to a different address. I would not have ordered anything knowing it had to back overseas, as I know, the shipping costs will be more than what I paid for the items.
Thank God I purchased via PayPal and hopefully will be able to get a refund.

I am currently attempting to get a refund through PayPal as working with Luvrosy's customer service has been no help. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This site/seller is a scam! They say they offer a "30 day warranty" in their return policy, but what they fail to mention is that you're expected to foot the bill for returning shipping to their distribution center back to China, which is very costly (my estimate was over $100, which is half my total order). It took almost 2 months to receive my order after being told it would only take 8-15 days once processed. Their customer support takes forever to get back to you and will not allow you to send it to their distributor in NY, it must go to China on your dime or you don't get your refund. The products are poor quality and not at all what is shown on their website; I actually laughed when I opened the package and pulled out one of the items and saw that it looked absolutely NOTHING like the product on their website. Please save yourself the headache and buy from a more reputable brand.

HORRIBLE! In dispute now with paypal. I ordered size "large" in everything. Normally I'm a USA size 8-10. The clothes came to me probably size 2, maybe size 0. I can't even fit one leg into the "baggy pants!" Zero response from company until I started paypal dispute. I submitted the request for refund May 8. Even if I return the item, I have ZERO confidence that I would even get a refund if I sent the product back. So frustrated. Here is their response from today 7/9/2020:

We had a customer returned back the item before, he has already paid about 30 USD for the postage, but it met customs problem, he needs to pay for about 30 USD custom fees and the data is also necessary, then the parcel was destroyed and we lost a lot, so did the customer.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The quality of the clothes are horrible. There is no such thing a return. I had to pay for return shipping and then was informed that the package was destroyed and was asked to pay additional money to send to the CHINA.

I received a shirt and it wasn't true to size and the quality wasn't what I expected. I have have sent an email 3 times for a return response and still haven't heard anything.

The items are poorly made and the fit is horrible. Getting response from the company is very slow and then when they do respond they offer a coupon. They do give you the option to return the item for a refund but it has to be shipped oversees which costs more than the item. The item was sent to me through a distributor located within the states but it cannot be shipped back there.

I am done ordering from these companies that advertise through Facebook or Instagram or any social media. I too ordered $100 worth looking closely at the size correlation. Of course, when I recieved the clothing they were all too small. I’ve sent emails but after reading through all the reviews, I’ll just consider it a loss for I’m not going to mail back to CHINA.

I would also give them zero stars. The clothes arrived 2 months later and did not look anything like the pictures. I found it odd i only got the package after sending 2 emails that i havent heard from them about my order. Anyways.. all 4 pieces were not what i was lead to believe they were so i emailed them. After a few emails they said they would give me 15% off my next order to keep it or sell to another person. They also said i would have to pay a lot of money to return it. Now i am pissed. A scam indeed :|

To echo most other reviews on here, this company is a scam. It took me roughly a month to receive the two tops I ordered, and while one top was as expected, the other was not even close to what I had purchased and was an extremely poor quality top with threads hanging off everywhere. I immediately reached out to the customer service email listed on their website...crickets. I reached out a few more times and the emails all bounced back to me, and then the website magically was no longer online. I filed a dispute with PayPal and provided lots of evidence that the item received wasn’t the item I ordered and that I had tried contacting the company multiple times to request a return to no avail. About a week after I filed the dispute, PayPal alerted me that I had a response from the seller, who now goes by “whatcharming.” “Whatcharming” offered me a TWO DOLLAR REFUND for a $30 top that I’ll never be able to wear because it’s a rag. I declined the pathetic excuse for a refund and the dispute is now being decided by PayPal, so I’m hopeful that they’ll do the right thing and credit me back. This company might have cute advertisements, but they are a complete scam and I can’t warn people enough. Do not buy from them!

Horrible company. They sent such poor quality item, I tried to return, but they said I must pay for postage which is more than dress is worth. Complete POS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. their clothes are horribly made, poor quality and they do not care.

Tried to return bathing suits because too small and they would not except. They offered me 15% coupon on next order. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Took them 2 weeks to respond to email.

I should never buy on this company and checked the reviews first it a rip off,
the worse of works quality its horrible and price they do not look like the picture and you cant return the items

I so wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from luvrosy. I thought one small purchase would be harmless enough but of course, it didn't work out, the return address they provided was in China, and now I suspect my personal data has been added to their government's database (not that it wasn't already, but this was an unnecessary potential confirmation of my info). Don't buy from them - unless your standards are very lax, you will be unhappy!

At first I was excited to get my shorts..then I recieved them..Terrible quality, the shorts dont look like the picture and to ship back would cost more than what I bought them for..Do Not Buy From Them! If I could give them a zero I would....

I only give this company 1 star to write the review.
I ordered a pair of shorts and a blouse. They are made of polyester and feel like plastic.

The most important is this company is in China and nowhere in their advertising does it say they are in China. I say this because if these clothes don’t fit and you want to return them, they tell you only then that you have to pay the shipping back to China and provide a tracking number. This was going to cost me $5.00 less than I spent on the clothes. Never again will I order anything from this company. I think their business practices are despicable.

I’d give them zero if I could. I ordered dresses months ago. I’ve never received the order I paid for. No response to my emails. It’s a total scam.

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered overalls from them, it took months to get these! I ordered a small, reviews on the item read, runs big, very roomy, so I ordered a small, I’m a 4/6 US size. Didn’t realize they are a China based company, my bad! They were the smallest small I’ve ever seen! They came with no return information at all. I emailed the company 3 times before getting a response. If I want to return them I need to mail them back to China & pay for the return. I don’t mind paying for a return but NOT to China! They basically make it impossible & VERY HARD to return. They did offer me a 15% off coupon if I decide to keep the merchandise & order again, why would I make this mistake twice! The email also explained how bad it could be to return & literally read that it might not make it back to them, so they can’t guarantee a refund! Stay away from this company! I wished I had!

Total scam do not purchase anything from this site!! The pictures make the clothes look cute but what you receive is absolute junk. Poorly made crap that looks nothing like the pictures and the only way to return items is to contact customer service where you'll get a standard reply stating what items do you want to return and when you answer you get no reply. I've reached out to them 3 times now only to get the same standard reply then nothing - its a complete scam!!
