Wish I could rate this a ZERO. I ordered 6 items, 157$, got 3 months later , worst quality fabric you could ever imagine. nothing looks even CLOSE to what it did in the pictures, not to mention i'm missing 2 items and one thing came in that i didn't even order. I emailed support to try to return but i'm thinking i'll have to just take this as a loss according to what other reviews are saying. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!! Wish i would have done my research before i did

Horrible experience. Clothing quality is terrible. Want to return and get refund, they take over a week to respond, basically won't refund my money. Telling me to resell it on my own. Worst company, customer service and products every.

Complete Scam. Do not purchase anything from them. The clothes are horrible quality and don't look as pictured. Then - don't even waste your time trying to return anything. Horrible customer service!

I finally got my stuff after 2 months . It came and I was excited . I ordered my stuff 1 size bigger and they still didn’t fit me . I was so upset and don’t want to take the time to send it back . I won’t order again . I order 5 items and only 1 fit . I would like a refund please.

DO NOT purchase anything from this site. I have been trying to receive and ultimately return items since late March. The goods are garbage, they have undeliverable email addresses, horrible customer service, no US return address. Filing grievance with paypal. Disgusted!

If I could rate a zero I would. I got the same email as a previous person. It took me 2 months to get my items and they were the cheapest looking clothing I've ever seen. No packing slip, my online account was deleted, 10 email to their customer service trying to return and this is the response I finally received:Dear,
I can fully understand you, but you should pay for the postage .and if there is customs fees,
we will deduct it from your payment, because we've already paid for the delivery to send it, so we will not responsible for the return posatge, this is the policy of company, hope you can understand, if you are agreeing on it, we will provide address, we will refund you after you return back it.

You paid less money in possesion of these clothes, it is worthwhile.

We had a cutomer returned back the item before, he has already paid about 30 USD for the
postage, but it met customs problem, he need to pay for about 30 USD custom fees and also need
a lot of datas, then the parcel was desdroyed and we lost a lot, the customer also lost a lot.

This so called company is a scam they will take you money and disappear. Do not attempt to buy anything. Facebook should remove the advertisements. They told me it was mailed and then sent a fake USPS tracking information. What a scam.

These people are thieves. Your package will come with no paperwork so you have to go online to try to figure out how to return items. They require you to email them and then don't send an address. Here's the reply I got: "If you can keep or resell to others we will provide you with 3 US Dollars (on a $160 order) and provide you coupon code 15 % discount for next order, is it ok? we can do business next time. Ha!
If you do try to return items your custom fees will outpace amount of order. How do we put these people out of business!?

I ordered two items and neither were what the website shows. I emailed them multiple times and finally got an answer asking me to send the pics of the items to see if there is any "real problem"with the items I received. The problem is the material is crap. Cheaply made, not at all what I ordered. I cancelled my payment through my bank.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Received blouse, finally, that was completely mis-sized. WAY too small. I have repeatedly tried to find out how to return it. Most of the time their customer service mail box is full and my message is rejected. If it goes thru someone responds trying to sell me more and never addressing my question on how to return it. 0 stars. Don’t even bother. I’m a really easy customer to please. But this is my first bad experience and I now understand the importance of good customer service. And by that I mean just doing the bare minimum by replying to your freaking emails! Thankfully I did eventually receive my purchase, but they didn’t respond to any of my emails asking for the tracking number until Usps confirmed the package as delivered. All they needed to do was say “yeah sorry, your package is taking a little long than usual and here’s the tracking number!” I was convinced I got scammed because of the silence.

Do. Not. Do. It. Horrible customer service. Took over two months to get my clothes, did not email me telling me they were shipped. Ordered through PayPal so I was trying to get the charge disputed before it even shipped. Only shipped since I was trying to get my money back. Nothing fit, its all rain jacket material, and one item isn't even close to the picture advertised. The return policy is you pay for shipping if you want to return something. But they'll offer you 15% off on your next order in exchange for you not returning and trying to get your money back.

Wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered 5 items from this company on April 15th and spent 87.17. I thought that since the prices were inexpensive but not cheap, that I would get a good deal. It’s not July 2nd and I’ve only gotten half of the items I ordered, I don’t like any of them because they are all this nasty, hot, cheap material, and too small of course, so not true to size, and the other 2 items still haven’t come. I’ve reached out to the company many times via email, because that’s the only way, and if I get a response it takes about 2 weeks. I told them I wanted to cancel my order after 2 months when they couldn’t give me shipping details, they replied back 2 weeks after telling me half of my items have shipped. I have asked for an update on my other items with no response, I contacted them to tell them I wanted to return my items received with no response, then finally I told them I wanted a full refund and to cancel shipping the remaining items and I still never heard back. Ended up going directly through my bank to dispute the charge. And apparently since they don’t operate out of America, I can’t report them to the better business bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!

6 weeks to get product. Paid for "expedited delivery". Canceled order and 10 days later email says "sorry, already shipped" (comes from China) with tracking number. Took 10 days for shipper in CA to get item, then 4 more days. Should have refused delivery. Was curious "in case I liked something" NO WAY! It's crap. Fake reviews on their website and now I have to try to get shipping address to return it! UGH!

Update: NO returns. They lie.
They first offered a 15% discount on my NEXT order (Ha!) and after exchanging slow emails they finally gave me a return address to ship to...IN CHINA! And they advised me “another customer had to pay $30 for shipping and duty and then the package got lost” hoping to deter me. DON’T be fooled. Total SCAM. Contacting PayPal next, as they process their orders and will ship to the Chino California office that it shipped from. Writing it off as a total loss and costly lesson.
