Brilliant customer service.
Had to speak to customer service about changing the dates of our holiday, they told me I had to email, which I didn't want to do as I've had bad experiences with other companies, but they were brilliant. It was all sorted out really quickly and easily. Haven't had the holiday yet, but booking was really easy!

Excellent Customer Service
Our experience of LuxCamp EU Customer Service Team has been great and a reason we use LuxCamp.
However, there is an exceptional employee who understood our needs and worked above and beyond to ensure all five families within our group secured the accommodation we had all hoped to book at Guyonniere Village, France.
This is likely to be the last group holiday with our families as the older teens with our group will be unlikely to be able or wish join us after 2023 on holiday.
This employee is a huge asset to Lux Camp EU. She demonstrated excellent attention to detail communication and knowledge, to enable the booking of our holiday at Guyonniere Village, France at the end of August 2023. Thank you.

First time booking
Easy to use and plenty of accommodation available. Waited less than 12hrs for confirmation of booking. Price was reasonable also. So far all good.

Check really carefully if a main road is near the campsite/mobile homes
Easy, straightforward booking process. However, the mobile home was exceptionally close to a main motorway. Hence a very noisy, unrelaxing family holiday, with 24 hour traffic noise akin to being on the motorway itself!
Seemed opportunistic over-expansion by the campsite, to site what looked like a newish mobile home, so close to a main road. Unlikely anyone would knowingly book this for a family summer holiday. However contract was with LuxCamp, who were reselling these specific mobile homes. Raised as a complaint with them on return. LuxCamp offered a small discount for a holiday next year. However difficult to trust LuxCamp actually check or mind about the quality of the holidays that they are selling sufficiently, so would suggest caution.

We do not own accommodations, we do work with different suppliers who offer accommodations on the different campsites. We also work with a lot of different campsites directly. You can always ask for a campsite map on which the locations of the accommodations are shown. In this way you can always see were the accoommodations are located. Lux Camp gets 5 stars from us
We have used Lux Camp on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. We booked a holiday which had to be cancelled due to covid restrictions, Lux Camp refunded our money in less than 24 hours from them cancelling and we were able to book another holiday straight away. We have booked a holiday next year also with them as they have always been so reliable.
