So far we have booked. The reminder to pay the deposit was handy. However the delay between booking and being able to pay was frustrating as I wanted to be able to do it straight away.

Do not book with Lux Camp!
We have been trying to contact this company for months now regarding our holiday cancelled last year. They have kept our money refusing to reply to emails and not answering our phone calls. This is very frustrating and worrying for us. Do not book with Lux Camp if you want to know your money is safe!!
This reply below: Myself and my husband have emailed you many times the last few months and both have been completely ignored!! I have sat on the phone lines hours waiting for someone to answer and it repeats you are second in the queue with no response. I have re sent an email this morning and I am currently sat waiting on the phone again with no luck! I understand you are busy but to have no contact with yourselves for months is unacceptable.
