I cancelled my booking and received an…
I cancelled my booking and received an invoice saying I owed a certain amount.
No where on the website is there any warning that fees are payable on initial request.
I was under the impression that I had made a booking request, not a booking, as I didn’t give any bank or payment details.
I had to email twice to get an acknowledgement that it was cancelled.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Phone not answered when office open. Have spoke with them twice about my booking, the first time they didn't bother calling back. Second time, they didn't understand what I asked for and got back to me with a useless reply. All I want is to keep my booking the same but arrive a day later...its that bloody simple. I am willing to pay for the whole time booked, just arrive 24 hours later. Is that to difficult to understand. I have no confidence in LuxCamp at all. Ian Butler-Sink

Very poor customer service from Lux
Very poor customer service from Lux. Chalets were old and not clean. Pool was filthy. Staff very rude. Good in the bar was extremely poor.
