The site is lovely.
The site is lovely.. easy to navigate.. fast… but the issue I have is the tel only in am available… requests are not clarified when made ie extra pilllows and sheets etc. check in times not clear…. Cleaning services not shown to be available … there should be a video of each chalet etc / camp site transfers would be great no info on that… camp site itinerary should be sent for the weeks your going.. so you can navigate day trips … day trips should also be in the the itinerary so you can book in advance … no tv??? Don’t know why not??? No internet ??? Again not sure why Bella italia the best camp site on lake garda has no wifi in each chalet??? Every other camp site has it…

Great customer service
Great customer service. Accommodation at site was super and a lot of the extra camp fees(bedlinen towels final cleaning)were included in the price. Replied swiftly to all our queries when emailed.

Date of birth calendar
Booking process is good. The only tedious part was when inputting everyone's date of birth- the calendar would not allow you to simply insert the date. You have to go back by months to insert the dates.
