The company advertised mobile homes that were not available on the dates but did come back with alternatives.
Also there is no option to pay money off your bill every week.

After this we have sent you an alternative accommodation which you have booked now. As we are working with campsites and partners we are dependent on them for availability and prices. Great! - minor tweak to map would be helpful

Deposit transfer from 2019 booking
Orignally booked our holiday back in late 2019. But because of Covid 19 we were not able to travel. LuxCamp were transparent with the deposit already paid and transferred it to the new booking in 2022.
