Site cancels my bed linen order
I received a mail a few days ago that my bed linen order is cancelled because I booked late. Surely your booking system should have flagged this...which could easily be done at time of booking.Extremely disappointed and don't know what to do. I just saw the mail now and travelling tomorrow. I don't know what to do.... I've never ever heard of a scenario like this before...

Dear Wilie, thank you for your review and feedback! As we are working with partners and campsites we are dependent on them. When making a lastminute booking it is not always possible to fullfill the linens to the booking due to limited supplies of linens at the campsite. We are very sorry for this. Seamless Booking Experience
I found the booking process was very straightforward. All details I could have needed where provided on screen which was great as I'm a bit of a stickler for details! They also provided us with a toddler bed guard free of charge! I booked on a Friday evening and got my invoice confirming the booking in less then 24hours which was great as I really didn't want to wait until the next business day to book my flights as prices go up by the hour! Overall I'm feeling positive about the holiday after a seamless booking experience. I will review the holiday when we are back!

Customer Service at it’s finest
Lux camp have been nothing short of amazing! We booked a camp and changed our mind shortly after. We had opted for insurance in our initial booking. We asked if it would be ok to change, and within minutes the cancellation was processed and the new booking was confirmed. The person I liaised with was so efficient and courteous. They signed the email Hepzaba V. We are very grateful for their stellar service and hope that they receive the same service when they need it. If you are deciding on who to book your camp with this year, we would highly recommend Lux Camp for a hassle free and friendly service.
