I can’t thank Mark and the team from A Style of Shade enough. Their service is AMAZING!
I purchased motorised Luxaflex roller blinds approximately 4 years ago and I love them. The quality and service is 2nd to none. Mark came out to see me twice in the last week to help me change the battery in my remote and help with another couple of blinds as the batteries had gone flat. (To be expected after all this time).
Thankyou so much Mark. I have been just blown away with your service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to A Style of Shade and Mark and the team. 😀

In spite of a phone calls, emails and a visit by the owner Mark ( "I'll send you a quote"), they failed to follow up with any correspondence, return phone calls or provide the referenced "quote".
Don't bother with them.
Went to another dealer and received excellent service.

One curtain too short had to be returned ,.
Tracking not installed correctly so one side of curtains short .
One electric blind installed incorrectly hence a large gap
No drop cloths ,poor clean up .
Rectification due on the 28th .

I needed blinds that let in the sunlight but which also gave me privacy from the new construction next door after 30 years of nothing there. Watching The Block, gave me the idea to contact Luxaflex and the Duet blinds were recommended. I now have sufficient sunlight and blessed privacy from the next door construction.

I have found my experience was great even when my installation dates got changed (by me)I found Luxaflex very accommodating.The two installers that came to do the job where very polite and diligent.

Lovely curtains and blinds, look beautiful in my home! Corey was very helpful and gave great advice on the design. There was a small issue with installation but it was fixed immediately. The whole customer service team were great.

I recently purchased Pirouette shadings, they look great and I love the PowerView automation. The customer service and installation were first class. My only disappointment is that I was expecting them to be a lot more effective at blocking light, so I wouldn't recommend for a bedroom unless you have some additional curtains. Make sure you check out the video on the website to see how much light still comes through.

The team at A Style of Shade were fantastic, from the initial phone call, to the on-site measure and quote and particularly the on-site installation. Happy with initial rep who quoted and organised the duettes. Installation not so much. Tardy on levelling and attaching to window frame.

Mark did the initial measure and quote. He listened to my needs and wants, provided very good options and advice. I selected a Sun & Rain Awning automated for the terrace, and Duette blinds automated for the stairs landing inside. Sven and his installation team did an excellent job on the day. Though are coming back tweak a couple of things manly to do with the automation. Overall I am very happy so far with the service and level of care taken. The products themselves I am over the moon with, very quiet when operating, look fantastic and excellent quality. I would certainly recommend A Style of Shade and Luxaflex, and will certainly be using them again in the future when I am ready to replace the widow coverings in the rest of the house.

We had a flawless experience at every level of our interaction with A Style of Shade. We walked into the store of the street and the staff were very attentive and helped guide us through the window covering options for our newly renovated house. They were extremely knowledgeable and recommended Luxaflex Duette blinds as most suitable for our requirements.
We then arranged an at home measure and quote which was executed efficiently with lots of advice and help in regard to colour choices from the consultant.
We were advised that there may be a delay in installation due to the situation with Covid and the store kept us advised through the journey. The actual installation took no time at all and we absolutely love the look of our Luxaflex duette blinds.
