I would highly recommend BARNES INTERIORS, BALGOWNIE.
Starting with Steen coming and measuring up and giving his best advice how to go about things.
Then Kade installing, doing an outstanding job.
Then I would like to mention the ever smiling and happy Sophie, always ready to give you helpful advice.
I am extremely happy with the Luxaflex awnings that Kade installed.
Also the Wave curtain system and the Duette Architella.
Nothing is any trouble to Steen and Kade..

Friendly and professional service. Excellent ideas and advice given by Steen when he came to measure bedroom 1 where he advised to put shutters on the windows and suggested the lovely curtain to soften the room and block out nightly carlights. Bedroom 2 had shutters fitted also. Extremely happy with the finished furnishings and would have no hesitation in recommending Barnes Interiors of Balgownie.

Great knowledge of products and design options. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted in the house. Steen listened to me, looked through the house and put together a design plan that nailed it. Even when deciding colours the same expertise was displayed. Very professional business.

Absolutely love our new Luxaflex Duettes! They are unobtrusive when they are up and look so elegant when they are down.
Our house now heats up so much quicker when we turn the heater on with the blinds down and when the heater goes off, the house stays warm for longer.
Overall, would highly recommend these to someone who wants a window covering that is barely noticeable when they are open but looks great when they are down.

From the initial consultation with Steen from Barnes Interiors to the ongoing communication and install I cannot fault them at all. Their recommendation to fit Luxaflex shutters in my home was the best decision and couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Fantastic all round service from Barnes Interiors. Clearly experienced in the product and interior design. Explained shutter product and suggested solutions to some not so straightforward windows. Great communication keeping me updated on order status and slight problem (not their fault). Polite, friendly and professional. Couldn’t ask for more.

Little bit of lack of clarity over what we had ordered which needed a few emails, but otherwise excellent service. The new blinds work well, but there is a factory flaw in one of them and we are awaiting a replacement

We recently purchased a Luxaflex awning from Barnes Interiors and were extremely pleased with their pre-buying and post-buying services. This has been our 3rd purchase from the company and we’ve always been impressed by their highly responsive service and friendly staff. We were delayed by Covid impacts with Luxaflex unable to source fabric in a timely way but the team at Barnes Interiors went out of their way to ensure we were not inconvenienced. We had minor concerns post installation and they were quick to respond to remedy. I’d highly recommend and will use them again when I next require blinds, curtains or awnings.

Barnes Interiors guided us through all the issues with COVID restrictions and delays in obtaining products etc. They maintained contact to keep us updated. Sophie was a delight explaining the steps in the process and answered all our questions promptly. Steen provided great advice on products and what would be most suitable in our home. He afforded us time to discuss any questions we had. The guys that came out to install the blinds were on time, helpful and discussed with us any installation issues which they were happy to return if there were any problems.

This is the second time we have used Barnes Interiors. Always helpful, easy to deal with, provide a quote and then deliver well within the specified time period. Cade is very friendly, explains exactly what is required and makes sure your home is left as he found it without any packaging or mess.
Would certainly recommend the company.

We are in love with our new Luxaflex blinds. They're elegant and are a perfect compliment to our decor, the automation is awesome. The install by Barnes Interiors was very professional and seamless. Highly recommended!
