I’ve just recently had Luxaflex Shutters, Duette Architella blinds and Silhouette Soft shades installed in my home and I’m very happy. They look fabulous, good quality and well made.

The Duette blinds are great for darkening the room for my husband who works shift work.

The whole process from quote to installation from Barnes Interiors was exceptional and fantastic customer service. Excellent regular communication.

We are very pleased and I highly recommend them and Luxaflex products.

We ordered a System 2000 Lock Arm awning to match one we bought from Luxaflex a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, the fabric we used and wanted again was no longer part of the range. We could source it from Europe, but through Steen Barnes, Luxaflex arranged to source it again for us, so we now have matching awnings on our home! Thank you Barnes Interiors and Luxaflex for making this happen!

Very happy with the products installed in our home . We have duette blinds, silhouette privacy blinds and shutters throughout the house. Installation was done in a professional manner and with respect of furniture.
The job could have been improved if a cleanup of the site was done on completion. We had to pick up many dropped screws and small pieces of plastic from the floor and on beds. This could have been a problem if small children were in the house.
The electrician who powered up some blinds cleaned up when finished his work.

Barnes Interiors have always been a great company to work with. This is the third time I have used the Luxaflex product. While it was not my best experience as they were experiencing high volumes of orders and installs, Barnes interiors responded to the issues promptly and apologised for the delays in the delivery of the correct product. In the end I was happy with the final product. All staff were very nice to deal with and I would use them again.

I love my Duette window system and Vertiglide Door System. They are beautiful to look at, and easy to use. I love the fact that you can open at top and/or bottom to suit the amount of light and privacy you want. The block out version in the bedrooms is amazing and has dramatically improved the quality of my sleep. I received the best advice and service from Barnes Interiors in terms of both product choice and installation.

Great product knowledge- experience in installation and product and a reputation that gives confidence in such an important purchase.

We chose Barns even though they were more expensive then another quote because we were impressed with the store & Steen .We are impressed with the concept of the Duette Shades but feel we could have been advised against because there are lace curtains & heavy drapes with tie-backs in front of the Shades, they are awkward & confusing for my wife who is recovering from a stroke.
