A friend had shutters and I was so impressed with their design and versatility. I especially liked being able to open the separated top set so that air could flow but the lower set could be closed so that privacy was protected. Then daytime I could have them all open to let the daylight in. So easy to clean and remove if necessary for a thorough hose down.

Everything just done well, end result is what we would have hoped for - and this is why we came back to Luxaflex after having plantation shutters done elsewhere in the house previously. Easy to deal with across the board.

The men who measured and put the blinds up were very professional, pleasant and knew their jobs. Also, contact with Bunbury office staff was positive and they were very helpful. Payments were easy and receipts emailed in a timely manner. Good experience overall.

The team at Bunbury blinds were fantastic.
Kimberley was really easy to deal with and got what I was after. Communication with the office and accounts was great and installation team (Mick) did a sensational job. There was an issue on the one blind but has been handled well, so all good!!

From measure and quote to install the Bunbury team were awesome to deal with. There was a small mix up with the fabric of my blinds and the team spent no time at all fixing the issue making sure I had nothing to worry about. Their install team spent extra time as well to make sure the curtains in my bay window were as closely fitted as possible.

Bunbury Luxaflex was double the price for shutters compared to other local providers. After spoeaking with local residents this is a common theme. Do you research and get mutliple qoutes.

Requested a measure and quote for three vertical blinds, two 2400 x 1200 windows and a double sliding door. Measure was done, colors chosen and quote received. Thought it was expensive compared to another business we had used in Bunbury in the past. Fitting day was arranged and the blinds were hung but when it came to putting up the pelmets to cover the top rail it was discovered that the installer had not been given all the details and could not complete the job. We informed the Bunbury office and they were going to deal with it. Several weeks later we dropped into the office to check on the pelmet situation and get a final invoice for monies paid which we were promised several weeks ago, (We don't mind paying a 50% deposit to show goodwill, but object to paying final instalment before fitting as there is potential for problems should something be wrong.) Dropped into the office again on Thursday to be informed that the pelmets were ready to be fitted (thanks' for the update and being kept in the loop). Mentioned the final invoice again that was to be sent weeks ago, finally received a copy. Pelmet fitting date to be arranged. Would I used this business again or recommend them! ....not likely.

From initial home visit to installation Debbie and her team were a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable advice made choosing style and fabric easy and installation was efficient.

I needed new blinds for a unit here at work. Bunbury Blinds measured up and suggested fabric for maximum light blockage (for security here). Three weeks later the Blinds were installed and they are perfect.
