I first bought Luxaflex Duette blinds from Bunbury Blinds some years ago. They were well fitted and very effective in our cold climate. When I had a problem with the cords they were repaired without question. I currently have an order in for my new house. They are ready to be fitted after a very pleasant consultation process. I’m looking forward to moving in with my wonderful new Luxaflex window treatments.

A dream come true! I’d always wanted shutters one day and these guys helped me achieve it. Their quotes were honest for the quality of product, the sales pitch was informative but not pushy. The installing team were quick and tidy. Their lead time could be improved and informing customers of delivery/fitting dates could be more proactive rather than the customer having to chase. Overall I’m delighted with the service and look at my windows every day with a smile!

Kim our consultant was a pleasure to deal with, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in her products. She was friendly and down to earth, just what you want from a consultant. We love our new bathroom blind, which finishes off our bathroom renovation nicely. Our laundry blind is meant to be a sun block blind, but we're not feeling the love. It's just not as good as the old blind, which blocked out a lot more of the sunlight, therefore the room is a lot hotter than usual. But it does look good.

I am so glad I listened to Debbie's advice when I was considering which Luxaflex window product to purchase. I wanted a clean, minimal modern look that would help to maximize the "coolness" in the rooms in summer and the "heat" in the rooms in winter. Together Debbie and Kimberley discussed the best colours which would match the decor of my home and add value to the house when it came time to sell.
So happy with the Luxaflex Duette Shades in Birch Bark - got 9 windows done and decided to include the PowerView motorisation feature - worth every cent!
The Luxaflex installer was competent and knew what he was doing, efficient and did the job in a professional manner.
The Duettes are awesome and I would thoroughly recommend this product.

My experience with Bunbury Curtains & Blinds was brilliant from start to finish. Walked in without a clue of what to expect with so many options. The staff were patient and assisted me with what I was looking for. I was looking to fit some curtains and blinds to some of my rooms in my not yet handed over house, and required it to be installed at a certain date, which they followed through with perfectly. The install itself took only a couple of hours and the final product blew me away. The follow up call a couple of weeks later made me feel valued as a customer and it’s a certainty that I will be going back to Bunbury Blinds & Curtains to complete the rest of my house :)

We visited Bunbury Blinds to find out what was available to replace (unwanted) venetian blinds in the home we had recently bought. We were shown all the possible options with good explanations on what each different type delivered, including the methods available for raising and lowering them. We chose the Luxaflex Duettes as with large glass areas facing north, we liked the insulation properties they offered. And decided to have the battery powered device for opening and closing them. The measurements were taken by one representative, then checked by a colleague before the order was confirmed.
While delivery took a wee while due to Covid, the fitting of the blinds was expertly done with instructions on recharging the batteries clearly given.
We then made a decision to have two blinds we had originally ordered as Lite Rise ones added to the three powered blinds in one room and the company was very understanding and had a policy to cover that situation.
We had no hesitation in recommending the company and this product to friends looking at building a new home.

The in store visit and measure and quote was an easy experience. We had a bit of a hiccup with the original products supplied but the staff were excellent in handling the matter and the correct product has now been expertly installed by a very friendly installer. I would recommend that if you want blinds or curtains, give Bunbury Blinds and Curtains a call and get a quote.

Luxaflex is honesty the most superior curtain/blind I have ever experience. I absolutely love all my blinds, but the silhouette is my absolute favorite. I have no hesitation in recommending Luxaflex and Bunbury Blinds & Curtains
