Luxaflex Cairns were very knowledgeable and professional to deal with. Our blinds were delivered and installed on time and without any fuss. The attention to detail from the installer was impressive and the overall experience wonderful. I love my new blinds :)

Excellent customer service - Maree and John were extremely helpful, with no question too big or small. They went out of their way to make sure we understood the product and gave us honest opinions on what we were wanting to achieve. Love our blinds, it really brightens our home and they look very sophisticated - highly recommend. Can't wait to do the other area of our home.

Sales and design help was excellent, and extremely helpful - influenced our decision making in a very positive way. Follow up phone call response times could be improved, but current health situation could be affecting this, so fair enough. Probably not helpful was the ‘blaming’ between Sales and Installers, since both seemed good at their respective roles.
Ultimately, good products, and we will always go to Luxaflex first, before looking elsewhere.

Custom Vertical Blinds
My finished product of custom vertical blinds is absolutely perfect. Service was friendly. There was an initial measuring error, but this was corrected quickly.

Very good sevice in shop , Carla was fantastic helping me decide the best blinds for the rooms and what a difference made to make my life easier and the room much better looking . The installation was also done much to my satisfation , pleasant, friendly and good service and quite soon really after order was put . So I would definitevely recomend it to my friends

Recently had all our windows covered by Luxaflex products including Silhouette Shadings, Edge Roller Blinds and Veri Shades across different windows. Our original ideas proved costly so Carla suggested alternatives. As we were in Sydney and our property was in Cairns we thought this would be difficult but by inter branch liaison (and something I have never experienced within any other franchise group), we were able to visit a branch in Five Dock, pick out the materials and styles and have everything sent to Cairns for our order. The ordering service was impeccable, and when installation was performed (which Carla delayed to suit our being back in Cairns) it also was done very efficiently. Even a issue with a wrong blind size was expedited and fixed within 2 weeks.
