We have Luxaflex Plantation Shutters throughout our home in most rooms with the gorgeous Duette in our large bathroom. We recently had a roller blind put in the ensuite. We love it. We love the look of all our Luxaflex and have one more room to finish off with Plantation Shutters.

We always go to Cairns Blinds & Awnings because Carla and John the 'blind fitter' have over several years given us excellent service, are quick to respond to any of our enquiries and are very easy to deal with.

We looked at other suppliers of different brands of blinds and shutters but they definitely do not measure up in the quality and although Luxaflex command a price at the 'pointy end' of the scale......they are worth it and we are very happy with our choice.

Love my Luxaflex blinds. Carla was very professional and the guys who installed were very good too. Would definitely recommend them.

We have just used Luxaflex Cairns for the second time. The service is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble and Carla and staff know their product and customer service deserves five stars.

We ordered the new magnetic track blind for our rear verandah in November 2019. It's the newest product out and was for a 6 meter span. It was fitted in late November. The day it was fitted there were some components missing and had to be ordered but after ten days they arrived. On completion of the blind being fitted we are so happy with the product and service.
Cairns Luna flex are a easy store to get inspired by and the staff know their products are the best. From measuring, quoting, ordering and fitting everything was fairly smooth. Carla and the team were prompt in getting the missing parts to our place and finishing the job.

I have people from work coming out to see the blind and are interested in ordering products from luxaflex in Cairns.

Great service from Carla. Very happy with end result. Pull down blinds look great. You can see and feel the quality of these blinds compared with others in cairns.
Only downfall is the time it takes to have them made and sent up to cairns. Would be better if measurements were taken at time of quote then blinds ordered immediately after.
