Narelle was timely, personable, professional and very receptive to our needs. The quote was prompt and flexible to our needs and budget and the installer did an excellent job. So nice to have people that turn up at the time arranged and the blinds are everything Narelle promised ....we love our new blinds.

My shopping experience with Katandra was a very pleasant surprise. From the moment I entered the showroom to the installation process was informative, professional and on time. I enjoy my current Luxaflex window treatments, have ordered an additional blind and am planning on two more windows being fitted out by Katandra soon. Thank you from one happy customer!

The initial consultation was professionally handled and the quote was well explained,written, and suited us well. We compared it with two other quotes which were not as professional and one had to import the item (from Italy) and could not provide the range of fabric we wanted. The other quote was not immediate and their consultant said it would be provided in about 3-4 days. The consultant could not provide the fabric we were after.
The team of installers were also professional and were quick, explained the operation of the awning mechanism and left the area very tidy jaus as it was when they arrived. We are very satisfied with the product and thank Katandra very much.

Well what can I say - the service was excellent from the beginning to the end.
The quote was prompt after the first visit and we were given an approximate date for completion which was very accurate.
During the measuring up stage we were given a tremendous help and assistance with colours and what types of blinds/curtains were needed in each room. Once installed it all flowed very well and fiends have commented favourably on the result.
This installation was an all day affair as we had quite a lot to install. The guys who installed the blinds and curtains were first class and cleaned up afterwards.

Our need was to replace 12 year old blinds on our front entrance doors. The originals had become a little tired. The staff at Katandra Interiors showed us some attractive options and the consultant who visited us to measure and quote was very helpful. The team who came to install were extremely professional, polite and respectful. The down side was some delay in the delivery of the product which was attributed to the holiday season and upsets caused by the covid pandemic. In spite of this we are very pleased with our new Luxaflex Blinds and with the service.

Fabulous service. Blinds installed and beautiful. Had a small issue with the blind tension, so far the follow up service has been good. Still waiting for final tweeking and perhaps spring adjustment as the blinds settle in.

With a new black lounge suite purchased for our casual living area, it would have faded quickly so we purchased a block out blind from Katandra with excellent service from Narelle, who 'knows her stuff'!! AND the blind is definitely an enhancement to the room we call the Glasshouse. AND we can still see the garden beyond while knowing that our lounge suite is protected by the blockout blind. All in all, we are very happy with Katandra Interiors and Luxaflex Australia and would happily recommend both. AND we appreciate the little gift of homemade pickles, this time, last time it was delicious chutney! Win Win!!

Im so happy with my new blinds! From measure up to installation the service was excellent . The blinds are such great quality and make a huge difference to my home . They look amazing and also the comfort has improved. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Katandra interiors offered us a friendly and efficient service. They were happy to come out to our property and offer us advice and sample to help me decide on the best blinds. Considering restrictions with covid it did not take to long till the blinds were installed. We are really happy with our luxaflex blinds. They look fantastic and are super functional. We have been very happy with the support we receive in the selection of window treatment and the quotation process. Our consultant spent the time required to explain the quality of plantation shutters And how they would work in our home. She also came up with ideas we adopted for our living room curtains.
The shutters were made within a month - amazing!
