Excellent products. I wish I did this year's ago.

My luxaflex, curtain and blinds were perfect. Made my house looked like a home. Love it to bits. The customer service was excellent as well. Cherelle helped me alot during the process. Gino, Deanne and Dom were also very accomodating and helpful.

I'd highly recommend Gino and Deanne at Mackay Curtain Making Service. When I ordered new Luxaflex blinds for my bedroom and living area their measuring and installation service was very prompt and efficient, and I'm very happy with the look and quality of the blinds.

We recentley had 2 outdoor blinds installed in our patio ..we are so happy with them they have made such a difference keeping the wind and rain out ..And privacey they look fantastic very easy to operate ...so much so we have ordered another 1 which is due fir instilation any day now ..we highly recommend luxaflex from Mackay Curtain Making great service very friendly Customer Service

I had excellent service, from all the staff at Mackay Curtain Making Service.

Gino & Dom gave me very useful advice when advising on what coverings to put on each window (I had the whole house refurbished). I am very happy with everything, from the plantation shutters, blinds & curtains, At first I was unsure about the plantation shutters but Gino & Dom assured me they were easy to look after, & I love them! For both the look & ease of management.

The follow up measure/selection of fabrics & fitting, flowed smoothly, nothing was too much effort, & Deanne was very helpful in the office.
The only down side was the long wait for them, but I do understand that at the time it was not something Gino & Deanne had control over in the then current circumstances.

I would highly recommend Gino & Deanne & the staff at Mackay Curtain Making Service, they are all very knowledgeable & helpful.

On the first visit to this outlet we were greeted by a very friendly consultant who explained what we wanted to know and gave us samples and a quote. On the second visit to the outlet we were greeted by a different consultant who was against very informative and organised a measure and quote.
We were happy with the quote and happy that within two weeks we had our new vertical blinds.

From the time we went and spoke to Gino and Dee from Mackay Curtain Making Service about getting the Magnatrack blind for out on the patio they were very through on how the product worked and stood up to the outdoor elements, the also kept us updated on when it had arrived and quickly had us booked in for the install, they went through all the product care and how to look after them, their information and knowledge of the product is amazing, I would definitely recommend this product and the customer service to other people

All the staff were easy to deal with and they were most helpful and knowledgeable.I love our new shutters,they look great in our new home so thank you all very much.

The team did an excellent job installing our double roller blinds (sun shade & block out) and MagnaTrack systems.
They worked exceptionally cleanly, vacuuming after they completed their install, leaving no trace of them having been there besides our beautiful new blinds.
Everything was no fuss, excellent quality, prompt with install and communication.
Should we need anything in the future we will absolutely be going back.

Our blinds were ripped in an attempted "break and enter". Dom arrived soon after contact and we received the quote very quickly. Very happy with the Luxaflex installed, the finished product is outstanding, cannot recommend this anymore.

Recently Mackay Curtain Making Service installed canvas outdoor blinds on my house. The blinds have been very beneficial. Not only do they exclude heat, but add privacy as adjoining properties are very close, and as well they improve the appearance of my house. The blinds are easy to adjust and no matter what the weather might bring they are an asset. Ordering and installation was prompt, efficient and very professional.

Dino and Deanne were very helpful advising us which products would suit the windows and doors as I was unsure what would be best .
The colour range in the store was excellent and again they were helpful with matching all the colours through the rooms .

So happy with my new Luxaflex Duetette Blinds and dealing with Mackay Curtain Making Service was a breeze. Everything from measure and quote to delivery and installation happened in the time frame I was given and at the times that suited.

Easy ordering and made-to-measure services, with Mackay Curtains & Blinds Services. Was able to go to the store to view & feel the product. Love that it supported a local business, with Father & Son installation, made quick & easy. We ordered the Luxaflex Luminette Sheers, & Polysatin Shutters, for our newly renovated home, & also used the sheers as a curtain to our master room cupboard due to the tightened space. It has made life simpler without having to deal with dual door access with space restrictions. They look beautiful too.

We chose the Luxaflex Lumishade because it combined the benefits of vertical blinds and a soft curtain material to give our lounge room a more luxury feel with more light as well as privacy.
