Very happy with the vertical blinds recently installed. The product is excellent, looks very stylish and is able to be set so that the blinds are fully open, fully closed or a full range of settings in between as my needs change throughout the day and from day to day. Assist in controlling amount of light entering and in controlling ambient temperature from room to room. This will aid energy consumption as well.

Measure, quote and installation processes were carried out quickly and efficiently. Happy to recommend to others.

We just had some duette’s installed on a large corner bifold doors and they look fantastic. Each side is one blind so it looks really neat and works well with the doors and in the space. The team from the Fyshwick store were helpful and professional to deal with. Highly recommended

We had excellent service and fast installation. Our Luxaflex blinds insulate well, look great and function well (our particular blinds can move both up and down). They are more expensive than other brands, however we were prepared to pay more for the better product. We had had Luxaflex blinds before and because of this, really wanted to purchase them again.

My wife and I needed to upgrade our bedroom curtains with block out blinds for our little baby. The team at Riteway, Fyshwick were able to provide us with a variety of fantastic options at a fair price. The blinds that we received were expertly made and fit perfectly, keeping the unwanted heat and extra light out.

The measure and quote was very efficient as was the installation. During the measure and quote I was assured that the depth of the window was sufficient for the blinds to be installed properly. My research indicated that an appropriately deep reveal was necessary for the blinds to be fitted properly and be effective (i.e. barrier to heat escaping or heat entering). However, I don't think the blind has been installed properly as it sits out of the reveal at the top. None of the images I have seen of these blinds installed sit out like this blind.
While I like the look of the blind and it is better than what I had there previously, however, I'm not sure it is over a $1,000 better.
At this stage, it is highly unlikely I'll be buying this product for my other windows.

Still waiting for call back from Riteway in response to our complaint that the Luxaflex blind they fitted at our place less than a year ago is defective. This in spite of 3 calls for assistance. Quite dissapointed really.

We are very happy with our Luxaflex honeycomb blinds. The product is great, and I love that it is Australian made. The team that we dealt with were pretty helpful, the only hiccup was that one blind was not made to the correct measurements, so we had to wait another 4 weeks for it to be installed after the others were in. But overall we are very happy.

We approached Riteway after we saw the Luxaflex blind that we were looking for on Selling Houses Australia. Allen was prompt to measure the area and show me the type of blind that I was looking for. After a second measurement and a visit to the showrooms we put in our order. We were advised that due to COVID that the blind would take 12 weeks as it was coming from America. To my delight it arrived much earlier and is now installed and I absolutely love it. Thanks to Allen and staff at Riteway for a professional experience and we are very happy customers. We love our new Luxaflex Duet blinds. We chose blinds that can come down from the top and up from the bottom. They’re wonderful! We can bring the tops down to see the tops of the trees outside and the bottoms up to see the garden beds at the window. The remaining blind blocks out the traffic and passers by. We get privacy AND a view. We already know how they keep a room warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. We now have 8 of these blinds in our living areas so, we can highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have used Riteway Curtains & Blinds to furnish my windows. On both occasions I received great design advice which ensured the Luxaflex blinds were visually appealing to the style and feel of the home as well as providing insulation from the heat and cold. From quote to install the process was seamless. I
particularly love the Luxaflex product for its quality and range of window treatments. So many options to suit any space!

Riteway replaced a skylight blind that was damaged when the skylight was smashed in the January hailstorm. The original blind was amazing as it collected all the shattered skylight pieces and 90% of the hail until a tarp was put up. When the load was removed from the blind it returned to its original shape. Unfortunately the blind had been discoloured by melting hail so it needed to be replaced. Riteway organised the replacement promptly and it took no time at all to install. I have 3 duette blinds installed and they are great for keeping out heat but allowing light into the room. I am very pleased with the quality of the Luxaflex blind and Riteway.

Looks great and is easy to operate. Love the double cell now too.

Our new home has been fully fitted with new blinds. We are very happy with the fast and professional service. Our blinds covering our sliding window weren't what we expected and this was able to be rectified without any fuss. The staff are very informative and quick to help.

Have just had installed Luxaflex Duettes. Could feel the difference in temperature immediately. Great for winter and summer. We now have completely "Duetted" our house. 😊Highly recommend and also Riteway staff. Excellent service from office staff through to installation.
