We are very impressed with the Duettes for number of reasons...namely the insulation factor has made a big difference in temperature. We have the battery operated raising and lowering function which is brilliant for my wife who has a disability that won't allow her to use the manual function safely. A great product

My new Luxaflex is smooth, silent, and it blocks out light, and keeps the heat in of an evening. The service was excellent.

We are extremely happy with our DUETTE blind. It works a treat and is just what we need. The installation was quick and the installer was punctual and very polite.

Love my new Daisy White Translucent Deutte Luxaflex shade for my back door. Looks stylish, keeps the warmth in on winter nights and is just as good at keeping the glare out during the day. Great price and service and was installed in under two weeks.

We have a walkway with marble tiles and full window height which gets extremely cold in Winter even though they are double glazed windows. Riteway Curtains & Blinds was one of the company’s I had quote they weren’t the cheapest or most expensive but Allan was so helpful with his suggestions re product & colour we are more than happy with the blinds and they still allow the light in and keep the cold out and still look good.

I have put up my curtains in my house for many years and was so sick of the look of them.
I decided to go down the same path as my sister in-law and go for blinds and not just any blinds I went for the Luxaflex Duette shade from Riteway curtains and blinds. We had them installed all thru the house it was one of the best decision we have ever made for our house they are 100% wonderful. I really love them they have really modernized the look of our windows and look wonderful from the inside and also look great from the outside, as well as keeping the cold out on our cold winter mornings.
My husband and I also decided to go for the powerview motorised operation in our lounge dining area and wow they bring a whole new experience to our way of living, we set our blinds to open as sunrise and close as sunset, no thinking involved just set and forget. We can close or open our blinds at any time with our Luxaflex powerview 6 chanel pebble remote it is fantastic. The blind colour range to choose from was also great.
The staff were so lovely and very helpful and very professional to deal with and answered all our questions.The insulation was so easy no mess and finished with a few hrs if that and very professional.

Experience had been ok. A bit slow with communication about installing after measuring up .
Blinds are good except experiencing a problem with the wand mechanism on 2x blinds . Wish I had not gone with the wand system as recommended .

Quite happy with our luxaflex blinds. Apart from a delay in installation for one window due to a mis-measurement the whole process went very smoothly. The blinds are easy to use, look neat and tidy and help keep out the heat and cold. So far we have no regrets on our purchase.

The Riteway experience in installing our Luxaflex Duette Shades has been excellent. From Allan and Marjory's help in choosing our blinds and the colours (and curtains), to the quality of blinds with wands instead of the usual cords that get filthy over time, we are so glad to have spent extra to get the look and quality we were seeking. But more than that, now that the winter temps have hit, the reduction in heat loss in our rooms is more than we could have expected.

We had a great experience. They were courteous, personal, accurate and prompt. The blinds were perfect for the various locations. We would highly recommend them.

It was clear sailing for us from the initial consultation to the installation. Riteway had the earliest installation time as the product is manufactured in Australia, and the 5-year warranty was ahead of the competition. Our block out blinds also do exactly that, and are easy to use. Highly recommended!

Not sure what happened with my original review but it should have read that Luxaflex were the only company willing able or prepared to give a quote on the spot with given measurements, great advice on suitable products as well.Quick and accurate measure up installation quick and neat, product fantastic. The blinds have now all arrived and been installed and look fantastic. Things didn't go smoothly with the wrong sizes for 2 of the blinds being ordered. This was sorted out with a discussion with the supplier who apologised after reliasing that a mistake had been made.
I appreciated this, no one is perfect and everything was solved with the minimum of fuss. Thank you, some companies would have not done this shows you really look after your clients.

Product is exactly as quoted, looks very good in the rooms and very professional and friendly staff installing.

After several visits to the Fyshwick showroom and discussions with the helpful staff we made our decision to have duets in the main bedroom and living room, with sheers and blockout in the two front rooms Initial measuring was hampered by the developer unable to get us into the apartment, however we lassooed the building manager into letting us in. Secondary measuring went without a hitch.

Duets arrived ahead of expectation and were installed by competent and professional trades persons.They look a treat. Still waiting for the sheers to be installed and we understand that delays can occur especially in these trying times. We are looking forward to having our windows furnished completely by 02/03/2021.

Our experience was perfect, the quote and measurements by Allan were prompt and professional. The installation was quick and efficient with our installer going above and beyond to adjust curtains that we had previously installed, (we took them down to paint and when we put them back up they weren’t quite right).I would recommend Riteway curtains and blinds Canberra.
