From the moment I walked into Riteway in Canberra the level of service was outstanding. I explained what I was looking for and was shown the options. A home appointment was organised and Pam arrived right on time and helped us to choose the correct Luxaflex product and the most effective installation options.
Riteway kept us up to date on the progress and installation went without a hitch.

The team from Riteway worked with us very patiently while we revamped our home with luxaflex automated products. Picking products, fabric styles, colours, multiple calls and visits to the showrooms answering all our questions. The blinds have been installed and the automation works great and makes things so much easier. The colours and styles give a wow factor to our home now.

I was very uncertain as what I needed but the staff at Riteway were very helpful and pushy, they gave me time to consider and answered my many questions without agitation. When I finally placed my order, the process went smoothly and in the timeframe provided, they were also helpful and patient when I had to delay the installation of some of my order due to remediation to floors . Overall a good experience and I will use them again.

I was most impress with the measure up of the blinds that I requested for my 11th floor apartment as I was not wanting to block my view but knew I needed a blind that was elegant, yet allowed me to still see the view. Riteway sent a consultant that measured up and showed me a selection of beautiful blinds that would frame my view and then sent a final measure of the blinds that were installed shortly after. I am absolutely thrilled with the blinds as they look like clouds that allow as much or as little light in as I want with a twist of the wand.

We had ordered duettes from Riteway for our living area in Fyshwick in 1918 which were made and hung professionally in line with our requests. We were pleased with our purchase and they do keep the rooms warmer in winter and cooler in summer. In 2021 we had to replace the blinds due to smoke damage and Luxaflex/Riteway representatives were prompt to assist us. All work was completed in a most helpful, positive and timely way which helped us greatly. The polite and professional sales reps in the shop and the people who visited our home exemplified a loyalty to this business and confidence in their product which is why they have such a fine reputation in Canberra. Follow up support and attention to detail was shown and appreciated. The range of choices to cover windows and outdoor areas is indeed a credit to the design ingenuity of Luxaflex Australia-Riteway Curtains and Blinds-Canberra.

I have bought sets of shutters for both my houses. Overall the experience has been very good. But for the last set I bought recently, the experience was exceptional. From booking to measurement to instal, the staff were courteous, timely and very experienced. The order came through faster than expected, the instal took 20 minutes at the most and the effect is all I could ask for. Everything was perfect. No mess, no fuss and a quality product. I smile every time I walk into the room and won’t be embarrassed to have visitors stay there now.

We are extremely happy with the Luxaflex Duette Blinds fitted to our home in terms of thermal insulation, overall appearance and functionality. Additionally, dealing with all staff of Riteway Curtains & Blinds Canberra has been a pleasure and we would not hesitate to recommend them and the product to family and friends.

Wonderful product and very efficient team. There was a small defect on one of the blineds (which I didn't notice) that the installer saw and immediately arranged for a replacement on the spot. This was resolved within a fortnight and reinstalled without issue.

We absolutely love our luxaflex blinds. Their design is fantastic for additional insulation to your house (especially if you don't have double glazed windows) - they keep the heat out in the summer and the cold out in the winter. This is our second purchase of these blinds from Riteway Curtains and Blinds. Please note some of our initial blinds lasted 9.5yrs before they needed replacement as they copped the east sun and did end up splitting.

The whole process was faultless despite covid restrictions. Pam, our consultant, was prompt, efficient, approachable and kept us informed as well as providing excellent ideas and suggestions. Our blinds were installed less than 2 weeks after our order was placed which is unheard of for a bespoke product. The blinds are perfect and look sensational. We changed our minds re colour and style during the process and this was not a problem. We cannot thank you enough for making the entire process painless despite the current climate.
