Delighted with the product as well as the service and advice through the process.

Ordering a replacement Luxaflex Duette blind was easy. My ancient dog had fallen off the couch and shredded the blind in his panic. I took the old blind in (with the details on the top of it), ordered a new blind and had it ready to install myself in a few weeks.During that time I also had a technician come to the house to fix the string on a door blind that was still under warranty. The service was excellent, timely and completed within the hour.

The install and info of our new honeycomb power blinds was very professional. The increased thermal protection is very noticeable.

We had the best experience with the folks at Riteway. They gave us good advice from the start, they were helpful and responsive, and they provided us with a great product. They also demonstrated what I think is the most important feature of a great business: when something went wrong with our complex install, they immediately accepted responsibility, and set out to solve the problem. They achieved the right outcome quickly and efficiently, and communicated throughout the process so we knew what was happening. Just today, because we had a problem (which we had caused) they had someone on site quickly to fix the problem, at no charge to us.

We had Luxaflex Duette insulating blinds installed, and we could not be happier with them. They have already made a measurable improvement to the energy efficiency of our house.

It's their great experience that works with me to get the best product for my home. Measuring was quick, installing was even quicker, payment was easy and they even did it on a plan. But the colour match and style works so well. The filtered light of my Silhouette Shades just couldn't be better for my home.

I have purhased Luxaflex Duettet blinds over the last 15 years and have found the products to be made of high quallity materials, with effective and easy to use controls for raising and lowering a number of different designs.
My latest duettes were purchased through Riteway Canberra. The staff were courteous, helpful and punctual with the consultation, order and installation.

The consutant who comes out and supports clients with their choices, assisted me with my recent Riteways purchase. I have known this consultant in past years , as the Luxaflex consultat at David Jones where I previouslypurchased Duettes.
This consultant knows the product and was very professional at all times.
My home is now completely equipped with Luxaflex Duettes that provide natural insulation through the seasons for heating and cooling a home.

This has reduced the need for airconditioners and heaters that require gas or electricity to power them.

I consider that installing Luxaflex Duettes is an effective way to reduce the manufacture and use of machines to heat and cool a home, thus having a positive effect on the current state of global warming.

I have had a few issues with my new blinds. The repairers have always been very prompt and helpful. The most recent said he would investigate the issue with the top of one blind but I have not heard back.

Our consultant Talyah was absolutely fabulous. We were completely at odds to know what window furnishings to choose for our new apartment. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, a lovely person to work with and we'd recommend him to anyone! The installers were also all excellent, professional and the furnishings were all installed perfectly. If we could give them more than 5 stars on this rating, we definitely would!!

Rebecca was incredibly patient while we reviewed and decided on which products to proceed with for our new build. The timing for manufacturing was amazing and we were totally blown away with the professionalism of the installers when they came in to install our new curtains / shutters, blinds and LumiShades.
Every day I sit back and am in awe of how beautiful our home is and these curtains / blinds etc. make it even more so.

We recently replaced our old 11 year old Luxaflex blinds with new 8 x Luxaflex Duette blinds; 20mm Elan translucent
colour Desert Sands. The service, measurement and delivery times were all meet on time with all staff extremally helpful and professional. Installation was good with a small exception of the installer not cleaning the plaster dust up off the furniture after installation. All in all great blinds and great service, apart from the small detail after installation we would fully recommend

The end product is great.

The communication between the consultant, the office staff and the finance staff was lacking.
I paid for a 7-10 day delivery and it wasn’t clear on the order form that that meant from the day the company would come to do the second measure, not the day I placed the order and paid. This lack of information was frustrating, but could easily be fixed by updating the order form.

The man who installed the blinds (Anthony?) was great.

The installation happened after 10 days, and when I paid the balance owing after installation I had to request that the extra fee I had paid for a 7-10 day delivery be taken off the invoice. They did this with no complaint, but it was up to me to check.

Allen was a great help in guiding us on the appropriate products for our home as well as showing us the range of colours! He was fantastic and got back to us very quickly for us to secure a great price. The blinds came quickly and the included installation was very much appreciated. A smooth experience overall, and would definitely go back.

Great service and great installation. The blinds work perfectly. Plus when there was confusion with one blind over the difference between "top down" and "bottom up" there was no problem at all...Riteway just replaced the blind at no cost to us. Awesome...

Allan’s quote was very competitive and the whole process was well organised. The installer team was excellent. Very happy with my duette vertiglides. They finish the room and provide great insulation.
