A Company with Integrity: Smooth Refund Process & Professional Support

I purchased the Ultimate Edition during Black Friday, but after about a week and a half, I realized the tools didn't quite fit my specific trading style. I decided to use the 30-day money-back guarantee.

LUX ALGO SCAM

I purchased a 1 yr subscription and within 1 hour requested a full refund. They told me to stick it. Even though they have Get 30 Days Risk Free right dead center on their website. Worst customer service ever. Stay the F Away from these Scam Artists.

Excellent customer service

Being an existing customer I had some billing issues when extending my subscription. I received a response from an AI agent that did not resolve anything. Within minutes received a message from Luis and the issue was quickly resolved.

LuxAlgo

Luxalgo is a fraudulent company that automatically deducts fees without authorization! They deduct fees from users without any prior notice or notification of subscription renewal! Contacting them is always unanswered; they are a scam! I am already gathering evidence to file a complaint against them! They are a complete fraud! Beware!

LuxAlgo does not deduct fees without authorization — all renewals use the payment method the customer provided at signup, and the renewal schedule is clearly shown before purchase. We also never charge outside the terms agreed to at signup, which are available at any time on our website and within your account.

Predatory auto charge and poor customer service

I found it very difficult to use. They have predatory business practices, terrible customer serivce. Got charged $ 300 for an annual autorenew I thought I had actaally cancelled. Somehow they used an expired credit card. They claimed they could not refund me the charge eventhough I contacted them within minutes of being charged since I thought I had resolved the account. It is set up to take your money with little accountability

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we’re sorry to hear that the renewal came as a surprise.

For clarity, we don’t continue billing after a subscription has been properly cancelled. Renewals are processed only when a plan remains active at the time of renewal. If a card appears expired, payment can still be approved by the card issuer as long as it remains linked to an active account. That authorization comes directly from the bank, not from us, and we cannot charge without that approval.

We take accountability seriously, which means we always follow the subscription agreement a customer accepts at signup and ensure renewals never happen outside of that authorization. At the same time, we absolutely want customers to feel supported — and if there’s confusion or concern, we want to look into it directly.

This company is not trustable if you…

This company is not trustable if you ever subscribed with black Friday deals they will renew your subscription with full price. Therefore cancel your credit card or PayPal account so they can not draw money without your authorization.

Our Black Friday promotions are one-time discounts for new purchases. Like most subscription services, promotional prices don’t carry over to future renewals, and renewals are billed at the standard yearly rate unless they’re cancelled beforehand. That renewal policy is clearly displayed during checkout and also in our Terms of Service.

Just to clarify, we never “draw money without authorization.” Renewals are processed through the same payment agreement originally accepted at signup. If a customer doesn’t want to keep the subscription, they can cancel anytime before the renewal date and the charge will not occur. There’s no need to cancel a card or PayPal account.
